During a brutal cold snap, she was found desperately trying to get into someone’s home just to stay warm. She was emaciated, sick, injured, and clearly had been struggling for quite some time. Despite everything she’s been through, Winnie has shown nothing but gentleness and quiet trust.She is now safe in a loving foster home, where she’s finally warm, fed, and receiving the care she so badly needed. Each day, Winnie is gaining strength, healing, and letting her personality peek through.
