Story
Aeropostale is a handsome longhaired cat who came to us from a home that had too many cats. They are all friendly and outgoing but are used to being indoor/outdoor cats. Some cats that are used to being allowed outside when they choose can adjust to life as an indoor only cat. Potential adopters wishing to make one of them an indoor pet, will need to be patient and to keep in mind that there could be potential behavior issues and that some cats never lose their desire to roam.

Story
Confetti is a beautiful, sweet little girl.  She absolutely loves to be petted and brushed.  If you stroke her paw, she will curl her toes around your finger.  She throws herself on her side asking for attention as soon as I approach and purrs loudly the whole time she is being touched.  No part of her body is off limits.  Pet her stomach or brush her tail and it will be appreciated.  Our record is a 6 hour Antiques Roadshow marathon and she purred the whole time except when I needed a short break after about 3 hours. She is still very shy and will need some patience but is coming out of her shell more every day. She does well with other cats, but would likely prefer a more quiet home with older or no kids. She would be the perfect companion for an older adult that wants a lap cat. She loves ping pong balls and her treat puzzle but does not play in front of me.  And yet, all of the ping pong balls are missing in the morning.  She does like her treats but would rather be petted and eats only after the touching is over.  I have not put her on my lap but she is very content next to me on the couch.   She is confined to my family room as she only wanted to hide at first.  She now likes to lay on one of her cat trees or sometimes under the table and has no interest in going through an open door.  She no longer runs to hide when I approach her perch-she starts purring and rolls over.  She pays no attention to the TV or my straightening up. She does not mind visitors coming into her space.  I haven't vacuumed with her in the room but I'm pretty sure that she would not like that much noise. Confetti is worth the wait to draw her out of her shell.  She is so sweet and wants to be brave.  She is more social everyday but still has a ways to go.  If you're looking for a cat who loves to be petted and have the patience to earn her trust, Confetti is your girl.   ##1887610##

Story
Ginger is a sweet and loving girl, she came from a home who had too many cats and needed to rehome some. She's approx 2-3 yrs old. Even though this gal has an immunodeficiency, all her siblings and friends she lived with don't! Just even more proof for you that she can safely live with other cats :) She absolutely LOVES humans, all humans and all the love!! She has been fine with the dogs at her foster home so far after a slow introduction (recommended for all cats!!), and she's tolerant of the other cats so far, but seems like would prefer a home alone or with only 1 or 2 others who are dignified and independent like her (she's not mean to them, she just hides when they are too in her face or playful) Please consider giving this loving lady a home to be warm and cuddled non-stop! ***Learn more about what FIV+ (Feline immunodeficiency virus) means here, and how it does not shorten their life: https://coleandmarmalade.com/2019/04/15/more-cats-would-be-adopted-if-everyone-knew-these-facts-about-fiv-and-felv/ https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-infection
