Story
Emo’s Special Home Needs Emo is a lovely cat who has been in our care for over ten months, and her story is both touching and unique. During her stay, we discovered that she tested positive for heartworms—a result that deeply surprised us. Unfortunately, heartworm treatment options for cats are not available, so providing Emo with the best possible quality of life is our main priority. Emo’s current health is good, but her ongoing well-being depends on attentive supportive care. She thrives in an environment where she feels safe and comfortable, enriched with stimulating activities and a cozy windowsill where she can bask in the sun. Regular visits to the veterinarian are essential to monitor her health and ensure she remains happy and comfortable. If you are considering giving Emo a forever home, please consult with your veterinarian to discuss her specific needs and ensure you are prepared to provide the supportive care she deserves.

Story
We adopted Koda as a kitten from Petsmart. He's 2 years old. He's very playful and full of energy. Very sweet and loving. Unfortunately we've recently discovered that cats are a trigger for my asthma and we have to rehome our furbaby. He's always been with Bella, our other cat, and they do very well together. He's litter box trained. He's 100% inside and does not go outside. We're hoping to find him a family that can give him a loving home. I have severe asthma and sadly cats are a trigger for me so we can't keep them.

Story
Ruger is a follower and admirer. He is a supporter of anyone that wants to take the lead, except when it comes to insects! Ruger does not give full loyalty to bugs! His leadership skills come forward as he pursues, chases and drives them away! After the hunt Ruger settles down to allow his human companion to brush his coat and get his buff-colored hair back in place. He will be aloof and bashful in a new environment but with time Ruger will take to being petted, picked up and held. His ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. Ruger has been around other cats. He is acquainted with a small dog and should be okay with larger canines. Ruger is a 1-year-old buff tiger tabby with a long coat. His adoption fee is $70.
