Story
I am a long haired charcoal grey kitty with orange eyes. I am very handsome! I look bigger than I am because of my long hair. My sister and I are bonded. We are both shy as we were feral. If you adopt us it will take a while for us to warm up. Once we do, we will sit in your lap and be cuddly. I have not been around dogs but get along well with other cats who are not aggressive. Story
My name is Cali Webster. Life started out rough for me. I was born outside and one day I climbed into a car engine. Thank goodness my mom came after me cause the engine started and we started to move. My mom held onto me as the car went speeding down a highway from Webster to Fenton. When we stopped my mom jumped down and ran. I think she wanted me to follow her but I got scared. Some nice lady put me in a box with a blanket but I missed my mom. Next thing I know my mom was in a cage right next to me. She heard me crying and came to my rescue and we both came to St Louis Pet Rescue. Life got better fast! I have a foster mom and she helped my mom and me to have a better life. My mom is shy and I’m as curious and as outgoing as they come says my foster mom. I like everybody and everything! I get along with all the cats and explore every inch of my surroundings. I can’t wait for my forever home. I want to find someone who would love to have a mom and a daughter cause I want a world with my mom in it every day. I love to snuggle with her and we play together too. I need someone who is patient with my mom’s shyness and my curiosity. I know you’re out there. Please find us!! My mom’s name is Minnie and I’m Calico Webster but you can call me Cali.If you have any questions or would like to meet this pet, please email contact@stlpetrescue.com. Story
Mama is a true testament to the power of patience and love. Despite her initial shyness, her foster mom worked diligently with her to gain her trust and help her feel comfortable in her new surroundings. The result? Mama is now a confident, friendly, and loving kitty who craves attention and affection. She adores being petted and will even give tiny love nibbles to show her appreciation. She's also quite playful and enjoys toys, as well as the company of other cats. In fact, she would thrive in a home with feline friends! Mama is quite the social butterfly, following her foster mom around and rubbing her face against her hands and legs. She's even been known to flop over and offer up her belly for some gentle scratches. While she enjoys being held for short periods of time, she's also content to curl up in your lap for a cozy snuggle session. A quieter home would be the perfect fit for Mama's sweet and gentle nature. If you're looking for a gorgeous, friendly kitty to add to your family, please consider giving Mama the loving forever home she deserves.
