Story
We have a litter of 5 kittens who need forever homes. They are kittens from the neighborhood who I volunteered to foster so they would not go to the shelter. This is Gremlin. One of the five. This is Gremlin, aka Power Puff. She is about 5 to 6 weeks old. She is super sweet, affectionate, and loves to snuggle. She has become fast friends with our pit bull terrier, and she is litter trained. If you think you would like to adopt Gremlin, please do reach out!

Story
LUCY finds herself in a difficult spot. The original cat in her home did not like her and was acting out, so the decision was made to find Lucy a new home. This girl likes to be petted and have her head scratched, but please don’t touch her ears. She went through some illness at the SCHS and started equating people to medicine, becoming upset. She's doing great now but is independent and likes to do her own thing. No small children, please. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. You may complete an application to start the adoption process at www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.org, under the 'Adoption' tab. Like us on facebook at Stanly County Humane Society Cats. Story
LIA and her siblings were born outdoors to a stray mom. An SCHS volunteer living nearby fed and visited them regularly, gaining their trust along the way. Needing further socialization, Lia is slowly coming around. Finding out that some of our adopted fraidy cats are totally different once out of the cat room and in a home, we feel confident that this beautiful girl will transition the same way. Come meet her! The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
