Our adoption fee is $150 and includes deworming , status current on flea/tick prevention , three FVRCP vaccines ( feline distemper) , rabies , spay/neuter and microchip. Our felines are also tested for feline immunodeficiency virus and feline leukemia. To inquire about this kitty and schedule a visit please request an adoption application by emailing killerkittiesrescue_adoptions@yahoo.com with cat’s name in subject line. Our kittens are ready to go to new homes at 8 weeks of age ( check DOB ) but can be pre-adopted . Request an application to start the process. Benjamin has a rear leg amputated but gets around wonderfully. Adopter will have to commit to professional grooming at least 4 times per year (he is a lovable teddy bear at the groomers). Sharon and Ozzy came in together via animal control in February.They are beautiful cats that we think would make wonderful lawn decorations while sunbathing outside as working cats. Sharon's resume includes:Sitting quietly and judging you.Stalking things.Queen of hide and seek.Ozzy's resume includes:Cat bed fort maker.Watching Sharon judge you.King of hide and seek.Now that the weather is starting to warm up, it would be a purrfect time to acclimate them to an outside environment and just roam safely on your property. They are currently in one of our cattios so stop by and make a visit soon. Proper shelter, food, water, required. #DCHScats

This lovely senior girl may have a cloudy eye from an old injury, but she sees just fine and doesn’t require any treatment—just a warm lap and a loving heart. Sammie came to us with her companion, Kallie, after their owner passed away, and while they’ve always been together, we believe they will adjust well if adopted separately if necessary. Sammie is a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she leans into affection and enjoys a quiet, cozy atmosphere. If you're looking for a sweet companion to share peaceful days with, Sammie would love to meet you!
