Story
Hi! My name is Autumn! I was found in the nick of time at a local farm stand in the fall, scared and blind. My eyes hurt me so badly because they were infected with one rupturing. Nobody helped me. I was there for days, until my foster mom got a call and decided to come rescue me. I immediately had to have my left eye removed and the other one was so badly infected but was able to keep. I am a blind girl but I do not let that stop me. I am so very playful, and very courageous. I am not shy and get around very well using my other senses. I am very sweet and have a lot of love to give. My favorite toy is the ball chase, I learned that immediately and have been mastering it ever sense. I am spayed, and fully vetted. I need a home that can give me lots of love and attention and also provide sounds, toys, and other companions that can keep my senses going where I'm not living in a quiet dark world. I am looking for the purrfect home of someone who can love me despite my disability.

Story
Beautiful FRANCES was trapped after having a litter of kittens in an SCHS volunteer’s yard. She went into foster care with her kittens and was a good mom, but she’s still afraid after more than a year with the SCHS. She likes the refuge of her cage but enjoys someone brushing her, making air biscuits and showing her belly all the while. She may not become a totally social cat, but only time will tell. Let’s find her a patient, cat-savvy adopter! The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. Story
LIA and her siblings were born outdoors to a stray mom. An SCHS volunteer living nearby fed and visited them regularly, gaining their trust along the way. Now that the SCHS is able to take them, they’re inside a building for the first time. Understandably afraid, volunteers are working with them. Lia can be held. She’s not aggressive and is a beauty. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. Story
CHALUPA is an adoption return. Her family is moving and can’t take her with them. This beautiful girl has always been a little nervous, but is by no means aggressive or mean. She's sweet, bonds with her person and wants to be close to them, although not necessarily on them. She likes quiet, so a home with no small children is best. She’d do great as an only cat with a single owner. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. Story
LUCY finds herself in a difficult spot. The original cat in her home did not like her and was acting out, so the decision was made to find Lucy a new home. This girl likes to be petted and have her head scratched, but please don’t touch her ears. She went through some illness at the SCHS and started equating people to medicine, becoming upset. She's doing great now but is independent and likes to do her own thing. No small children, please. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
