Story
LUCY finds herself in a difficult spot. The original cat in her home did not like her and was acting out, so the decision was made to find Lucy a new home. This girl likes to be petted and have her head scratched, but please don’t touch her ears. She went through some illness at the SCHS and started equating people to medicine, becoming upset. She's doing great now but is independent and likes to do her own thing. No small children, please. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming. You may complete an application to start the adoption process at www.stanlycountyhumanesociety.org, under the 'Adoption' tab. Like us on facebook at Stanly County Humane Society Cats. Thanks for considering adopting a rescue pet! Adoption fees for pets with Stanly County Humane Society are to cover the following: *Spay/Neuter *Heartworm/Feline Testing *All standard vaccinations *Rabies Vaccination *Microchip  May 6, 2024, 2:21 pm

COURTESY POST...FOR ADOPTION! DING DONG is being reluctantly re-homed because a family has to move and cannot take her to their new home. She is spayed and current on her rabies vaccine. Ding Dong is two years old. She's the independent type, has catitude, but she likes to be petted on a limited basis and is friendly on her terms. She does have an eye ulcer but it has healed and causes her no problem.  Call 704-960-2776 for more information. Story
CHALUPA is an adoption return. Her family is moving and can’t take her with them. This beautiful girl has always been a little nervous, but is by no means aggressive or mean. She's sweet, bonds with her person and wants to be close to them, although not necessarily on them. She likes quiet, so a home with no small children is best. She’d do great as an only cat with a single owner. The standard adoption fee is $100 cash or $105 debit/credit. This includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
