We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Their prior history is sometimes unknown. We make every effort to check the basic health and personality of each animal.CAT:Every adoptable cat is currently vaccinated (FVRCPP), vaccinated for rabies (if 16 weeks or older), spayed/neutered, treated for worms, treated for fleas, micro-chipped and started on ear mite treatment (if required).DOG:Each adoptable dog/puppy is currently vaccinated (DHPP), vaccinated for rabies (if older than 16 weeks), treated for worms, treated for fleas, spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm (if over 6 months of age), micro-chipped and started on ear mite treatment (if required).Upon adoption you will be given a health record to take to your veterinarian. Adoption fees are typically $90.00 for kittens, $50 for cats and $300 for dogs/puppies unless otherwise stated. We accept cash or debit/ credit card only! These fees are subject to fluctuation, if deemed necessary, depending on season, amount of adoptable animals in our program, and/or breed of animal. Brothers Quigley, Porter, and Finnegan are seeking foster (or adoptive) homes with patient, calm, cat-experienced humans. These shy white-and-ginger tabby brothers have already made some progress, and with the right environment, we’re hoping they can continue to build confidence and blossom socially. Porter, Finnegan, and Quigley are located in the Columbus area, and they’re about 7 months old. They have experience around other kitties. However, they have no experience with dogs or kids, and because of their shy nature, we are seeking homes without dogs or small children. Porter is the most friendly. Quigley will interact, but he does not seek out attention. Finnegan is the most hesitant, but once he’s being petted, he enjoys the interaction. They are fully vetted — FIV/FeLV negative, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Like the mythical bird that rises from the ashes, Phoenix has overcome incredible hardships and is ready for a bright new beginning. After being tossed outside in a trailer park, while pregnant and neglected, Phoenix developed dental disease (requiring full extraction) — but her spirit never broke.
