Story
Brothers Quigley, Porter, and Finnegan are seeking foster (or adoptive) homes with patient, calm, cat-experienced humans. These shy white-and-ginger tabby brothers have already made some progress, and with the right environment, we’re hoping they can continue to build confidence and blossom socially. They can be fostered separately or together. If you can’t foster or adopt, please help by sharing this post! Porter, Finnegan, and Quigley are located in the Columbus area, and they’re about 7 months old. They have experience around other kitties. However, they have no experience with dogs or kids, and because of their shy nature, we are seeking homes without dogs or small children. Porter is the most friendly. Quigley will interact, but he does not seek out attention. Finnegan is the most hesitant, but once he’s being petted, he enjoys the interaction. They are fully vetted — FIV/FeLV negative, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you’re located in Ohio and you’re interested in fostering (or adopting) any of these kittens, submit an application via our website. Note that a verifiable vet history is required. Applicants can also request to foster-to-adopt (meaning a kitten be fostered on a trial basis before making a decision to adopt). Email us with any questions - contactusforgotten4paws@yahoo.com

Story
🐦‍🔥Meet Phoenix – Rising from the Ashes to Find Her Forever Home Her name says it all. Like the mythical bird that rises from the ashes, Phoenix has overcome incredible hardships and is ready for a bright new beginning. After being tossed outside in a trailer park, while pregnant and neglected, Phoenix developed dental disease (requiring full extraction) — but her spirit never broke. This beautiful girl lovingly raised four kittens (who have all found homes), and now it’s her turn to soar. If you can’t adopt, please help by sharing her post! Phoenix is located in a foster home in the Columbus area, and she’s about 3 years old. She’s sweet, affectionate, and resilient, and she’s been fully vetted - spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and FIV/FeLV tested. We think she would enjoy being an only pet, but she tolerates the dogs and other cats in her current foster home. Her toothless smile only adds to her charm, but she has no issues eating food like a pro. If you’re looking for a companion who embodies strength, hope, and love, Phoenix is ready to rise into your life and heart. If you’re located in Ohio and you’re interested in meeting/adopting Phoenix, submit an application via our website. Note that a verifiable vet history is required. Applicants can also request to foster-to-adopt (meaning a cat can be fostered on a trial basis before making a decision to adopt). Email us with any questions - contactusforgotten4paws@yahoo.com

Story
Lizzie is the sweetest, most gentle and loving cat. She spends most of her time sleeping and has never been much for playing. She is approx. 10 years old. She loves to cuddle and do silly things like get in the shower while the water is running, and lick the air when you scratch a certain spot on her back. She has never attacked seriously or playfully, and she is easily groomed and bathed by 1 person. She is terrified of dogs and does not like to live with other cat. She acts out by peeing outside of the litterbox which is an issue I can not avoid due to having my 15 year old childhood cat and my future roomate having a dog. With no other animals in the house she NEVER peed or acted out in any way and she is clear of any health issues. She needs a loving home with no other pets and someone who is home a lot to give her the love and attention she deserves. I would do anything to keep her but unfortunately i cannot anymore.

Story
Looking to re-home this sweet kitty, Valerie, to a single-pet home!!! Valerie was rescued over a year ago. She was brought into my home with another cat, and they are not getting along. I cannot emphasize enough how sweet she is to humans!! Just not a fan of my other kitty. She LOVES the sink, running water, orange toys, and cuddles!!!
