He can be approached on his terms, and does not mind one to two pets very occasionally, but he will not tolerate a lot of affection. Walt's ideal home would be on the quieter side, and one without small children. He does not mind the company of other cats, but could also live alone. We believe a dog would likely overwhelm him. He is about 5 years old, litter box trained, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, dewormed, and combo tested. He can be a little timid at first meeting, but he will come around to show you some purrs. Keppler was adopted at 8 weeks and has sadly made his way back to our shelter by no fault of his own. Keppler does so much better with kitty friend so we do require another cat be in the household as a companion for him.  He is just about a year old , litte r box trained, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, dewormed, and combo tested. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! We’re Gabby (short hair female) and Indy (long hair male). We’re not related, but we’ve become very close to each other and now bonded. We’re always hanging out near each other - if you see one of us you can bet that the other one is just a few feet away! Here’s some more information from our foster mom.    Gabby and Indy both love attention and being near you. Indy warms up to new people almost right away and will flop over asking for belly rubs! Gabby absolutely loves kittens and always acts like their mother, but she grew particularly close with Indy when he came in as a kitten. Gabby can take a few days to warm up to you, but after she does she will follow you around and rub on you. When I work from home, Indy will often be curled up on my lap and Gabby will be on a chair right next to me. Or if the two are in another room curled up together, they will come running over as soon as they hear me get up from my desk! And the two play together so well! They will wrestle each other and run around together having fun.    Gabby is a 1 year old female. She was previously adopted into a home with energetic dogs and it was too much for her. She has been in a foster home with calmer dogs and did okay with them. Currently she’s in a foster home with just Indy and one other cat and is really confident and social in that setting. She would do best in a quiet home. That way you can see how  affectionate she is!    Indy is a 6 month old male. His long fur is super fluffy and soft. He likes to be combed, which makes it easy to keep his fur from getting tangled or matted. Patchy and her sister both found me at work. I also had Patchy's 2 children who are now adopted. Patchy got a little shy once I took her children away, but she loves when I pet her thru the covers! She and Roseanne just need someone to love and care for them. They both sit and look out the window of their foster bedroom. I would love to see them into a bigger room so they can run and play some more. She has received FVRCP, leukemia and rabies vaccines. Dewormed, flea treated and spayed. Sheba is mother to Furry, furrala, furrball and furrbala. She is very protective of them. I think once she is in a room with some more freedom, she will blossom. Lucky Girl was named because she was a lucky girl to have wandered up to a very nice man who took her in. She was very malnourished. No, cats cannot live on mice! He nursed her to health and she is doing great and ready for her loving furrever home. She is spayed, vaccinated, felv/fiv hw negative, deflead, dewormed. She was born approximately December 2020.
