Meet Floofy! Floofy is a beautiful, sleek black queen with a coat that absolutely shines. She has that effortlessly elegant look that makes you stop and take a second look—and her gentle, easygoing personality makes her even more special. Flooffy spent quite a long time in a loving home, where she had her own bedroom and was separated from the other cats in the household. She was loved so, so much. But her owners ultimately made the incredibly selfless decision to give Flooffy the best possible chance at a home that truly fits her individual needs. And that's where Noah's Arc comes in. Sometimes loving an animal means recognizing that the home you've given them may not be the home where they can thrive the most. Flooffy's family wanted more for her, and they trusted us to help her find it. Now, Floofy is looking for the next chapter of her story—a home where she can be loved, spoiled, and appreciated for the beautiful girl she is. About Floofys Health Floofy is FIV/FeLV positive. A diagnosis does not take away a cat's ability to love, play, bond with their people, or be a wonderful companion. Many FIV- and FeLV-positive cats can live happy, comfortable lives for years with proper care and an indoor home. FIV is not easily spread through casual contact in peaceful household settings, while FeLV-positive cats can thrive as the only cat in a home or alongside other FeLV-positive cats. Cats like Flooffy are often overlooked because of their diagnosis, but her diagnosis is only one part of her story. She is a gentle, easygoing, absolutely stunning girl who deserves someone willing to see the wonderful companion she can be. Could you be the person who looks past the diagnosis and gives this sleek black queen the forever home she's been waiting for? About Noahs Arc Animal Rescue Noahs Arc Animal Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue serving East Tennessee since 1991. We are committed to rescuing homeless dogs and cats, providing the medical care they need, and helping them find loving, lifelong homes. Our pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick prevention, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested and cats are FIV/FeLV tested when age appropriate. Meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment after an adoption application has been submitted. Our adoption process is designed to help each pet find the right forever home.
