Story
Jax came to us from a litter of an abandoned cat in our area in White Pine. He’s super fluffy, I personally think he could be part Maine coon lol. He is very loving, does well with other animals, and I’m not 100% sure about kids but he’s never been aggressive to any of our friends kids. He is neutered, but is not up-to-date on any shots as we cannot afford it, that is the whole reason I’m listing him here as a last resort. He is 1 1/2 years old. He’s not super fond on being picked up, but absolutely adores tons of pettings! There is a small rehoming fee of $25 to ensure he goes to a wonderful home. I look forward to finding him his furever home!

Story
Please add Stormy to the website. Hi, my name is Stormy. I am a handsome, four month old, male, gray tuxedo kitten. I am curious and playful, but very cautious and skittish. I am still young and have so much potential. I am making significant progress in my foster home. I actually have moments of weakness when I roll over and throughly enjoy being pet, even on my belly. My foster family gets excited when they make me purr. Although I am timid, I am very gentle. I don’t hiss, scratch, or bite. So that’s a positive. I enjoy playing with the stick part of fishing wand toys and chasing lasers. I am not bonded with my brother Cloud, but he brings me a lot of comfort and I really enjoy playing with him. I am comfortable around dogs and other cats. I am curious and observant and like to explore new spaces and toys. I have excellent litter box and scratching manners. I would do best in a small, quiet home with a retiree or someone that works from home so they can continue to help with my socialization. I will be available for adoption after I am neutered on February 4th.February 2, 2025, 7:00 pm

Story
**"Opportunity to Offer Love and Care to a Special Senior Cat!"**Meet London, a resilient cat who captured our hearts when she came into our care in 2022. Despite facing cruelty and neglect, London's spirit shines bright. Though all four of her paws were inhumanely declawed, she's ready to embrace a new chapter in life. At 13.5 years old, she deserves comfort and security.London's journey hasn't been easy. Alongside her physical challenges, including hyperthyroidism, which requires daily medication, she grapples with understandable feelings of insecurity. However, there are glimpses of her true self—moments when she welcomes affection and grooming. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, London is now in a foster home, but we're on a mission to find her a forever family. We believe she'll thrive in an environment without young children or other pets, where patience and understanding abound. If you're ready to open your heart to London, please contact Ellery at (629) 777-6850 or visit www.maarcadopt.org/adopt to fill out an application. And here's some fantastic news: London's adoption fee is covered! Let's make London's golden years truly special—let's find her the loving home she deserves!
