Story
Meet Annabel Contact us at SilverRescue@gmail.com for an application. Annabel is a beautiful Dilute Tortoiseshell. She may be mixed with the Main Coon breed. She is a silky longhair. She is approximately 3 yrs old and weighs around 11 lbs. She is sweet. She will meow sweetly for her food and petting or just to say Hello! She loves scratches between her ears and strokes along the top of her body but doesn't need much else. She loves sitting with you but is not much on laps. If you are a busy person who doesn't sit much, this may be the cat for you. She loves sitting in the window, she loves napping (what cat doesn't). She enjoys playing with her person with a feather wand but also easily entertains her self. Annabel is ok with older calm dogs but not active younger dogs. She coexists with them but does not snuggle with them. At first she is a little shy when meeting a new person or when put in unfamiliar places. But she is soon happy and loving once she knows she can trust you. If you’re interested in making sweet Annabel your own contact us at SilverRescue@gmail.com for an application. Annabel will be adopted to an inside only forever home. Application, references, vet check, home visit required. Annabel’s adoption donation of $100 will help the next needy kitty. Thank You!

Story
Smudge is a beautiful 2 year old stunning black girl that sadly fell victim to being raised as a homeless cat and ended up in a nice cat shelter that tried hard to not euthanize, but sadly is having to make hard decisions to euthanize due to overcrowding.  This precious girl is starved for attention and is so loving and purrs all the time. The workers say that she is a talker and oh my she must be saying… “Come love me because I am so lonely sitting in this steel cage. Please find me a home where I won’t be in danger of dying here at the shelter”.  Smudge is good with other cats but is very much a people person cat. Can you help us SAVE SMUDGE!?   Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. Story
We found Kiki in the crawlspace of a home we were looking to buy in 2018. She's been with us since. We estimate that she's around 7 years old. The vet estimated that she she was probably about 2 when we found her. She's a loving cat that loves a good long nap and cuddle. She's currently fed on a timed feeder and must have her food monitored because she will eat EVERYTHING to her detriment. She's rather low key as long as she has her basics (food, water, clean litter) and some company and snuggles. She does like to scratch so would be at home with a scratching post. We currently have silicone covers on her nails. She's an indoor cat but enjoys the occasional jaunt onto the porch. When we originally found her we had one young child. Now we have two kids and a busy school-aged schedule and are hoping to find her another loving home.
