Story
Very loving, gentle and easy-going young cat. Justin is a loving and cuddly boy, very affectionate and enjoys human attention. He is bonded to his brother Leo (also in this website), they grew up together and they both had been trough a lot, therefore they should stay together. Justin and Leo where indoors pets since tiny kittens, sadly their owner put them outside once they were no longer kittens. These two sweet boys are looking for a stress-free environment with a stable family. They may not do well with kids and dogs because they had faced aggression from them in the past. Justin and Leo are neutered, vaccinated, microchiped and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. they are ready to go to their forever home. Write to Adoptablecatshouston@gmail.com, if you think your home is a fit for this sweet boy and his sibling.April 26, 2024, 2:16 am

Story
I'm ready to commit to FOREVER! "With a name like Frank, you’d expect me to be wearing a fedora and smoking a cigarette. Honestly, that ain’t me. I mean, that isn’t me. I’m young and I certainly do NOT smoke. Good luck trying to get me to wear a fedora. I’ve bounced around a bit. My homes were lovely and the fosters were sweet. But I’m ready for my FOREVER home. I like everybody, especially other cats. I would love to have a sibling. I’m sweet, chatty, and as you can see, what the dames would call ‘a looker.” Know what I don’t have? Memories that are all from one family and one home, so, we can talk about that dinner years ago or that book we read ages ago. That’s what I want. A shared history (or herstory!) with my person. Commitment issues? I don’t have ‘em. I’m ready."

Story
Looking to spend my life with you. “Have you ever really thought about a cat’s whiskers? Not only are they part of our sensory functions, but they can show what our moods are. For instance, my distinct whiskers are relaxed which means I’m content. But I know I’d be even more content living with you. I think it would be wonderful to have a human family who would shower me with love and attention. I’ve never experienced that before. I can just sense that we would be very comfortable together.”

Story
If you would like more information about Buddy or are interested in adopting him, please send an email to Amandalee1985@hotmail.com Buddy is beautiful. He has long hair with a smoke and black color. He looks like a Chantilly breed. He loves to lounge in his cat tree… loves to watch TV on the couch with his humans. He’s not hyper, in fact, he’s very chill. Buddy is very sweet but also doesn’t need a lot of attention. Unfortunately, we have two other cats and there have been fighting issues. We have tried calming meds and even had a behaviorist come to the house. Nothing has worked and at this point, we are keeping him separated from the other cats. Buddy is wonderful when he is not around the other cats. He deserves to live his life being happy in a home where he is the only pet. Story
If you would like more information about Shadow or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to quindi.fernandes@gmail.com I have had Shadow since she was born as I cared for her pregnant mama who was a stray neighborhood cat. She was my first indoor cat and has been with me from elementary school through college. She developed seizures this past year. She is 14 now but still seems happy and healthy despite the seizures. She loves to sleep with you on your legs and provide company. She's still playful and enjoys other female cats' company. I can no longer care for Shadow due to my mom’s heart failure diagnosed this past summer. My mom's allergies are now severe, and I can’t support the financial care for both my mom and Shadow. I truly don’t want to let Shadow go but with the circumstances, I have to. Shadow may be shy at first but with patience, she will get accustomed. I am hoping to find her a new loving home. Story
MARCO POLO THE EXPLORER  DOB 3/15/23 Meow! Meow, everyone! I’m Link, a brave, brawny, curious tuxedo Maine Coon mix fella with a big plume of a tail and a cute black button nose. I’m captivated by my sense of adventure. I’m a regular Marco Polo who doesn’t mind sniffing out things like the big resident dog. Why not? Investigating the dog usually ends up in a fun game of hide-and-seek with my jumping out and ambushing him. If my favorite activity is to explore around the house, my least favorite thing is to be stuck in the crate with my sister Myla. That’s because she gets mad at me and starts hissing when I try to snuggle with her. Have you ever seen a kitten hiss? It’s kind of cute but annoying. Heck! She seems to object that I drape myself on her head. My momma and my 9-week-old #quadruple-fun litter were found outside by a nice couple, who brought us all to HOPE to find us forever homes. I’m delighted that my future foster meowmy agreed to bring us home, where we encountered three teenagers as well as the resident cats and big dogs. No problem! We all integrated beautifully into the dynamics of our foster family. If you’re looking for a big, handsome “pound of fluff,” pick me! Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave paw prints all over your heart! HOPE ID 23-0715-C098 If you are interested in Link and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.  If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you. SO UNIQUE!  DOB 4/22/20 This pretty but timid Maine Coon mix female is a real joy to have around. She loves laps and, after an adjustment period, is the most laid-back kitty.
