Story
I am an elderly person who has to move to an elderly unit in a month. I have 3 cats, but pets are not allowed at this unit. Two of them are female and are 12 years old. I have had Peanut since she was 6 months old. Peanut is smaller and can be shy with new people but does warm up. She has long hair that tends to knot. Peanut and Prudence and fixed but not declawed. Prudence is also on this site, and I would like them to stay together if they can. They have been together since they were 6 months old. I also have Tiger who is also on this site.

Story
Allow us to introduce Opal! She's a bit shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she's incredibly affectionate. Opal enjoys sitting beside you and absolutely adores belly rubs. She's a snuggly girl with a mellow temperament. Opal loves to run over for pats and belly rubs once she's comfortable with you. Quite often, she'll playfully flop down on her back with her tongue slightly sticking out. She enjoys both observing and playing alone with catnip mice and feather wand toys. When it comes to resting, she prefers the highest spot on her cat tower, keeping a watchful eye on her surroundings. She's a bit cautious about new arrivals, hence finding solace in perching at the top of her cat tree to monitor the stairs of her foster home. Having a tall cat tree by a window would be perfect, as she enjoys observing the world outside. Opal is the perfect cat for someone seeking a snuggly companion. She's an absolute delight, easy to hold, pick up, and open to nail trims. Her enchanting green eyes and the endearing way her tongue sticks out when content make her irresistibly cute and quirky. If you're looking for a sweet and affectionate cat Opal would be an amazing choice.

Story
Maximus (Max) and Leonidas (Leo) are a bonded pair of very similar looking brothers from the same litter. They must stay together for life. They were born in July of 2021 in Texas. They were part of a rescue of 79 cats taken from a single home. We adopted them 3 years ago (2022) from 'Happily Ever After' (HEA) in Green Bay, WI. They are neutered and fully vaccinated. They have their claws, and are very gentle with them. Leo has no health issues. Max developed urinary crystals early on, so we feed them Urinary Tract Care food. Once we made that switch, it has never been a problem since. My wife and I are are planning to move to the west coast when she retires, and we sadly will not be able to take our boys with us. When kids visit, Max and Leo respond positively to their energy. With their tight bond, we are confident they will adapt easily in the right home. They don't demand tons of attention. Included: 2 cat towers, 2 pet carriers, 2 large beds, toys, grooming tools and more.

Story
Chloe is a super sweet 6yr old kitty once she warms up to you. She is a bit shy at first but once she gets used to you she is a sweetheart. She will hop on the couch/chair/bed with you for snuggles and scritches. She is up to date on all her shots, spayed, but not declawed. All vet records will be provided upon adoption. She is also microchipped. A few important notes: Chloe is not fond of being picked up. I have been working with her and have made some progress, however, if there are children in the home I would recommend they be 13+ so that they understand she cannot be picked up. She will require sanitary trims as she is overweight and struggles to clean herself. She is also on prescription food for her weight and what we have left will be provided upon adoption. Whoever adopts Chloe must understand that she needs some work but is well worth it. She does not seem to mind our dog too much or our other cat, but I feel maybe an only pet home is best for her (not required).

Story
Lily is a gentle young lady in search of a calm home where she can unwind and feel like a cherished member of your family! She may struggle in unfamiliar situations and requires time and patience to acclimate, but once she overcomes her initial nervousness, she becomes cuddly, loving, playful, and quite talkative! Lily enjoys company of other cats and is comfortable around calm dogs too! With her soft, fluffy fur and bright, curious eyes, Lily is sure to bring warmth and joy to any household. Her favorite activities include lounging in sunny spots, chasing after feather toys, and curling up on the couch for a cozy nap. She has a gentle purr that can melt even the toughest of days away and often follows her humans around, eager to be part of the action or simply to lend a comforting presence. If you're looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, Lily might just be the perfect addition to your family. She will thrive in a peaceful environment where she can feel secure and loved. In return, she'll offer endless snuggles, plenty of entertainment, and a heart full of love. Consider opening your home to Lily, and you'll find a friend for life.

Story
I adopted Sully in 2017 from a local humane society. Since then, I have moved 5 times, adopted a second cat and a large dog, gotten married and most recently had a baby. Sully did amazing with all of these changes up until we brought home our baby. Since then, sully has been very stressed. He began marking/spraying in all of the baby items. We have tried separating him to a different part of the house, medicating him for “kitty depression”, adding litter boxes, etc all without any luck. The only solution we have found to stop his marking is keeping him in our basement, totally away from the baby, which is so unfair to him. Sully deserves to be able to bask in all the sunny windows without the stress of a baby so we have made the difficult decision to rehome our little lion kitty. We would love to see him go to a home with someone who will give him all the love he deserves. He is SO friendly, loves cuddles, does amazing with our other pets, and even plays catch!
