Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hawk is a very sweet and petite little guy. He is happy to lounge on the couch and take a nap, but also loves to play with his sister Kiwi. He is a beautiful cat with big blue eyes, and a mix of cream and brown along his body. He's got the cutest stripes on his legs and tail - he's got very unique coloring! Hawk is trained to come running when he hears the treat bag being shaken, and he will meow to let you know that he's hungry. Hawk is tolerant of young kids and dogs, and loves to be pet. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days.  Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold.   Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Because we are 100% foster-based, appointments are scheduled pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules.  Should you want to proceed with the adoption, a brief appointment will occur at our adoption center to sign adoption paperwork, receive medical records, and pay the adoption fee.    **Dog/Puppy applications -  Because of the large volume of dog/puppy applications we are receiving these applications may take longer to process, please be patient. We do not do first come first serve but we place the dog/puppy in the best suited home. If you have questions about the Dog/Puppy process please email lawsdogprogram@gmail.com** September 29, 2023, 10:03 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Kiwi is a beautiful girl who sometimes prefers to do her own thing. She can be slow to warm up, but once she does she loves to be pet and will crawl into your lap for some love. She is a very playful kitten, and loves to play with her brother Hawk, with things that roll across the floor, or with a wand toy - she isn't picky when it comes to play time! Kiwi is trained to come when she hears the treat bag shake and will often stay for a few pets. She loves to look out the window and has been tolerant of large breed dogs. Kiwi is a beautiful girl with cream and light brown seal point coloring and big blue eyes.
