Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Madeline is a beautiful sassy girl looking for her forever home! She's a long-haired calico who needs someone willing to keep her fur nice and tidy. Madeline can be selective about her feline company, but she will warm up to you with some treats and attention. She may keep to herself sometimes, but still loves to be pet by her adoring fans. If Madeline were a person, she would wear the highest quality pearls and always stay at the Ritz as a matter of principle. As a free-roaming office cat, Madeline was excellent at overseeing every task, and was particularly meticulous about the dishes. She likes to be in charge of every situation, and she would be a great addition to a home looking for a confidant, spunky lady.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days.  Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold.   Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Truffle is one of the most adorable kittens we have ever seen! Between her luxuriously fluffy coat, big yellow eyes, short legs, and ridiculously sweet personality, we don’t think she could get any cuter if she tried. Bonded to her equally sweet brother, Morel, these two are looking for a person who will never tire of petting them. Truffle’s favorite thing in the world is hanging out on the bed, floor, couch, etc. with her human while they pet her. Their reward, of course, is a lifetime supply of deep, rumbly purrs, gentle head bumps, and enthusiastic biscuits. Truffle loves to play, choosing an egalitarian approach when it comes to chasing human-operated toys with her brother, often allowing him the first several pounces and rounds of chase before stepping in for her fun. They also love to wrestle with each other. Their foster family often catches them jumping out of hiding places to scare each other and zooming off in a game of chase. We can’t state this enough: IT IS INSANELY ADORABLE. Also, like her brother, Truffle loves to make friends and gets along with most cats and dogs, if they are gentle and kind to her. In cases where a confrontation may occur, Truffle would rather run and hide than have to fight any day of the week. She is a devoted proponent of peace and harmony. Like most kittens, Truffle loves canned food, treats, and toys; happy to entertain herself and wait patiently during meal and snack times. This lovely, gentle soul, alongside her golden-hearted brother, are eagerly waiting for their human to show up and take them home. Our only question is this: What the heck are you waiting for? Apply to adopt them and prepare yourself for a lifetime of love and friendship with these adorable voidlings. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Mattie came into the care of LAWS almost a year ago underweight and with really painful stomatitis and ulcers in both eyes. She was a mess but she never failed to show us love and appreciation for our help. With the help of our amazing vets and volunteers, we have nursed her back to health; each day she continues to get stronger and her personality grows more and more! Mattie will likely always have an injured left eye that will need to be treated with medications, however removing all her teeth has vastly improved her stomatitis and she now loves to eat both hard and soft food, and is steadily gaining weight! She does not groom herself well, and will need her human to brush her as much as possible, but as her health improves she may get better at thisl. As Mattie’s health has improved, she has really come out of her shell! She wants nothing more than to cuddle with you all day long, and if you have other pets she will put up a fight to have you all to herself. She's been getting along well with the dog in her foster home, and would likely do best in a quiet home without many other pets. She is not a good candidate for a house with small children.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Monsoon is a gorgeous, sweet, two year old, black female cat with long fur. She was surrendered to LAWS with her 4 young kittens (Mist, Rain, Frost, and Zephyr). Her kittens are old for adoption, and Monsoon has been fixed and is also ready for her forever home. She is such a lovely cat, she loves being petted and will often look into your eyes while you are petting her. She is petite and quiet, she doesn’t meow, but sometimes makes a trilling sound that is so endearing. She is very polite and doesn’t jump on the counters. And she likes to hang near her foster human, often laying up against her.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Funny fellow Fern was found with Felicity, Fig, and Finnigan behind a grocery store as kittens. Friendly and happy, Fern and his brother Fig love to tumble, pounce, and bounce around with each other. They can be adopted separately, but we're sure the two pals would also love to stick together. Being still a young cat, Fern is quite playful and likes to get into all kinds of innocent trouble, like trapping his brother in a box, or climbing inside cabinets. When caught, Fern doesn't have any hard feelings. Just give him a few chin scratches and he's your bff.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org.
