Story
Meet Martine! He is a very handsome cat with a difficult past. He's ready for a patient and loving home! Martine and Bubba Duke are a bonded pair. Martine and Bubba came to us from a pretty intense hoarding situation. They were living in a home with 60+ other cats. Cats that come from large hoarding situations like that often have varying levels of socialization and will require a home with patience and understanding. Hoarding cats may be very fearful in new situations and will likely require a long, slow introduction to your home and the members residing in it (both animal and human). If you are interested in learning more about the process of adopting a hoarded cat and what to expect, please contact us! September 4, 2025, 6:16 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Truffle Truffle is one of the most adorable kitties we have ever seen! Between her luxuriously fluffy coat, big yellow eyes, short legs, and ridiculously sweet personality, we don’t think she could get any cuter if she tried. Bonded to her equally sweet brother, Morel, these two are looking for a person who will never tire of petting them. Truffle’s favorite thing in the world is hanging out on the bed, floor, couch, etc. with her human while they pet her. Their reward, of course, is a lifetime supply of deep, rumbly purrs, gentle head bumps, and enthusiastic biscuits. Truffle loves to play, choosing an egalitarian approach when it comes to chasing human-operated toys with her brother, often allowing him the first several pounces and rounds of chase before stepping in for her fun. They also love to wrestle with each other. Their foster family often catches them jumping out of hiding places to scare each other and zooming off in a game of chase. We can’t state this enough: IT IS INSANELY ADORABLE. Also, like her brother, Truffle loves to make friends and gets along with most cats and dogs, if they are gentle and kind to her. In cases where a confrontation may occur, Truffle would rather run and hide than have to fight any day of the week. She is a devoted proponent of peace and harmony. Like most cats, Truffle loves canned food, treats, and toys; happy to entertain herself and wait patiently during meal and snack times. This lovely, gentle soul, alongside her golden-hearted brother, are eagerly waiting for their human to show up and take them home. Our only question is this: What the heck are you waiting for? Apply to adopt them and prepare yourself for a lifetime of love and friendship with these adorable voidlings.
