Story
Pepe was foster raised with 5 female siblings. As the little man he often would take the lead with his sisters while exploring their territory. Like all kittens he is very curious as to what goes on around him. He has provided hours of entertainment showing off his kitten skills. He is positively on point catching stray dust bunnies. He will greet you with a purr especially at feeding time.

Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Maria was found when looking for my lost female cat who had been missing for several weeks. I did find Maria's original owner and told her I found her cat. She told me Maria ran away because she didn't get along with the other cat in the house and she would never come in the house and eventually ran away. I took Maria in and a week later found my lost cat. I also have a male cat and my original two cats don't get along with Maria, she hides and is very nervous around them. I was away for 3 months and took my two cats with me and had a petsitter stay with Maria. During that time, to our surprise, Maria's personality really came out. She's very playful. She doesn't scratch furniture or jump up on tables (wish my other two were so well behaved) and loves to keep herself entertained with toys. Sadly when I returned home Maria became very withdrawn again and does not get along with my cats. She does need to be an only pet home.

Story
Luna is the perfect a lap cat who likes to snuggle. The 6-year-old is very sweet, loving and affectionate. When she was in a temporary home, Luna adjusted very quickly and was quite friendly and playful. The gentle feline would do best in an adult home. Luna is a white & grey beauty with green eyes. She has a medium length, silky soft coat. She is comfortable being brushed, bathed, and having her nails trimmed at home, but is also accustomed to going to the groomer for a “spa date.” Luna is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is altered and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the 'More About Us Button' and then click on the 'Adoption Application' button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. Story
Romeo and his sister Juliet (listed separately), born 4/13/24, were rescued from a rural shelter and brought here to find a loving home. We would like them to be adopted together because Juliet would do better with her brother. Romeo is outgoing and will seek attention. Juliet is a bit more reserved, but likes to receive chin scratches and ear rubs. They are both playful and quite entertaining to watch. They will both need a little extra time to acclimate to a new environment but they are well worth the time. Romeo is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is neutered and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered kitten (up to 1 year old) is $100 and for two altered kittens is $125 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. If a kitten is adopted and taken home before the required set of kitten vaccinations is completed, the adopter will be responsible for completing any of the required vaccinations including a rabies vaccination at 4 months at their own expense. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out.
