Story
Sweet little Bear was found in a box in Downtown LA and brought into our rescue. This little guy has something called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, or wobble cat syndrome. PLEASE do some research on this disorder before coming in for a meet and greet. Because of his disability, Bear will need extra care. He is currently unable to eat, drink, or use the litter box on his own, and he will get messy at bathroom and dinner time. He is a very sweet boy who just needs some extra help. We are hopeful that as he grows he will get better with balance and independence as he gets stronger. He would not do well in a home with small children or dogs, but should be fine with other, friendly kitties. If you are interested in meeting Bear, please text us at 213-840-0153 for a pre-adoption questionnaire. Once we receive your inquiry, we will do our best to text you back in a timely manner.

Story
Goldie is a shy kitty looking for someone who understands that and is willing to work with her in a forever home. She is a real sweetheart, and does seem to be tolerant of human interaction, she just isn’t used to it. She is getting more used to people, and is most easily approached if you have treats. Once she is used to you she will let you brush her, but it will take time to make her comfortable. She needs a quiet environment and someone who has the patience to go slowly with her and take the time to get her to understand that people can be trusted. If you are interested in meeting Goldie, please text us at 213-840-0153 and inquire about our pre-adoption kitty questionnaire. Once we receive your inquiry, we will do our best to text you back in a timely manner.

Story
I adopted Oreo last September from the South LA Animal Shelter. Oreo was born in June 2022 and is now one year old. Oreo is a lovely and friendly cat. - He always keeps himself clean. He is healthy and never gets any disease after I adopted him. - He is curious about everything and maybe a little shy when meeting strangers, but he is very friendly after getting familiar with visitors. - He can take care of himself when I am busy or sleeping and will keep quiet without disturbing me. - He never hurts any people and is collaborative when I trim his nails and brush his teeth. - He is energetic and loves to play with me. When I call his name, he will always come and ask for my touching. ( I love him so much! ) Unfortunately, due to some changes in my life, sometimes I have to leave home for a long period, such as several months, and I am worried that I will not be able to take good care of him. So I wanted to find a new home for him so that he could be well looked after.
