Story
Espresso isn’t people-friendly, but she would thrive as a working barn cat where she can count on safe shelter from heat and cold, along with regular food and water. She enjoys spending time with another independent, not-so-social cat, Knight-Rider, and the two often relax together in a windowsill (pictured). The two would make a great pair for a responsible owner looking for hardworking, outdoor-savvy cats who prefer to keep their distance but still appreciate a consistent, caring environment.🐾 Ready to Adopt a working cat? Tip 1: It is important to remember that she/he is going to need time to acclimate to their new environment – better to place in a confined space with food, water and litter box for about a week or two before releasing into a barn-like open space area. TIP 2: Please make sure your home or lease allows pets and that you and others are prepared to welcome a new cat. TIP 3: For any pet, have the essentials ready: food and water, cat food, litter and a litter box (when needed), space for cozy, warm bedding, carrier and a designated veterinarian for ongoing care and/or vaccinations.

Story
Bailey would do well with a responsible owner looking for a working cat for their property. While not social with people, Bailey would thrive with consistent care—safe shelter from summer heat and cold winter nights, along with fresh water and dry food provided daily. He’s an independent cat who simply needs a reliable place to call home while helping keep the property pest-free.

Story
Hi! I'm Kya I was born in March of 2018 in a barn in Delta. Unfortunately, my fur has made my human's new baby really struggle to breathe, so Im looking for a new family. Im really hoping to find a home thats going to love me and take great care of me! Once I get to know you, Im a huge snuggler. I'll lay on your chest and pur, or curl up in your bed if youll let me. I love to play too. I'll hide under your table or in a box and play sneak attack! I grew up with dogs so I can really hold my own and even play with them. Im a little weary of children and other cats, but I adjust well. I have been spayed. I am fully house trained. I love to go outside and explore, but Ive never tried to leave my own yard. My humans love me a lot and really want to make sure I go to a great new family. So please reach out if you think we could be a good fit!
