Story
Lovebug is a very special kitten full of loving, cuddle potential. Although she is very timid and shy, she becomes more trusting and outgoing everyday. Lovebug loves long daytime naps, salmon treats, and chasing around the laser light. While she appreciates a good under the chin and behind the ear scratch, Lovebug is still learning to love being petted and picked up. She could greatly benefit from another cat in the house to teach her the ways of the feline world and bring her more out of her shell. Lovebug is truly one of a kind!

Story
Hi, I'm Jelly - short for Jellylorum. I was living outside for the past four years, but then my feeder noticed my fur looked irritated. It turns out that I have flea allergies and should stay on flea prevention once monthly to keep my fur nice and beautiful. A couple of weeks have passed since I arrive at this rescue. Thankfully I was seen by the vet and my fur has grown back, and I don't have anymore scabs on my skin. Now, all I need is a loving forever home. Come meet me any Saturday at the rescue between 11am-3pm!

Story
Iris (shelter name "Elmer Fudd") was adopted from the Jacksonville Humane Society in 2023 at around three months old. She is approximately 1 year old. She is very calm and loves to cuddle. She does not like to go outside, she is terrified. Iris is okay with baths as long as you are really slow and gentle. She would make a great indoor pet, is great with kids and doesn't bite.

Story
Meet Tiger, he’s a 5 year old mixed breed cat. He was declawed by his prior owner. Lovable but doesn’t like to be held too long. Likes the outdoors and is very food driven, baby boy can eat. Tiger enjoys hiding under things, well hiding in general. So you’ll find him under you couch, bed, in the closet. He gets along with other cats, might take some time but once he warms up everything is harmonious.

Story
Kota is a very friendly and lovable cat. My daughter has developed some serious allergies and we cannot keep him any longer due to her health. Kota loves to play with strings and absolutely goes nuts when you play with him with the red laser pen.
