Story
Moved into a new home, shortly after a young female cat appeared. We took cat to vet to find out she was pregnant. She had kittens about 3 weeks after she showed up in the woods. We got her and kittens into our heated pole barn. A friend took momma kitty and 1 kitten. We were planning on keeping these little ladies but our large male cat is not a fan. He was very aggressive towards them. They have been in our heated pole barn. We tried to reintroduce them and it’s definitely a no go. I would like to find a home together for them.

Story
She is very shy, skittish, and will hide around new people, new environments and even new stimuli in an environment shes used to. She can be very sweet and lovable when she wants attention but is quite antisocial and independent. She does like to be petted and loved, but not picked up. She has a twin brother who is also on my page, whom she is bonded to and I would love to rehome them together. She hides from dogs and doesnt interact with them, but she wouldnt cause any trouble with them. She often has mild allergies that cause her skin to be a bit dry and her fur to thin. We basically inherited 6 cats in addition to our own 4 dogs and 1 cat. My husband and I are expecting a baby and I no longer have a job. We have to let some of them go, for less chaotic homes and ones that can afford any additonal care they might need for the sake of them because we will no longer be able to afford as many pets as we have currently.

Story
He takes time to adjust new people and new environments. He needs a good safe place to hide while adjusting and will need to be given that time. Hes good with dogs but he avoids them. Hes fine with female cats and mostly fine with males, but will occasionally scare, chase, hiss or swipe at our other fixed male. He has a twin sister, they are very bonded to each other and I would love for them to be rehomed together. Now that hes warmed up to us, he loves attention and will vocally let you know if he wants it. He is incredibly sweet and playful, and will occasionally bite softly or use his claws to make sure you keep petting him, although its never rough or painful. We have to let some of them go, for less chaotic homes and homes that can afford any additional care they might for the sake of them because we will no longer be able to afford them.

Story
Maggie is a sweet little girl with no tail with cerebellar hypoplasia, or wobbler cats syndrome.  Wobbler cats are healthy cats, they just walk a bit funny.  Mag's is actually a mild case of the disease and we like to joke that someone just spiked her water bowl!  She's an incredibly affectionate cat who's only real need in life is a lap to make biscuits on <3 April 7, 2025, 3:27 pm

Story
Matthew and his siblings were born at PAWS one day after their pregnant mother was surrendered. He is an adorable little boy with medium length black hair. He is funny and playful. Since his mom is FIV positive, he was tested at 6 months and he is positive as well. If you are interested, please research FIV before applying, especially if you have another cat or cats in the household. His adoption fee is $100. If interested, please go to pawspaws.org to complete the PAWS application. Please note that Starting the Inquiry on this site is not the PAWS application. You will need to leave the Petfinder site and log onto pawpaws.org and choose the application. Once that is approved, we can set up a time for a meet and greet. Thanks so much for your interest and cooperation!
