Story
Meet Jasper! He is such a lover, he gets along great with dogs, cats and kids! He is a rescued male approx 14 months old. He is a bonded pair with his sister, they are from a rescued litter and they have to be adopted together. If one accidentally gets shut in a room the other one will sit outside the door and cry until they are “freed”. They do everything together. See Willa’s profile for info on her. They will come with a bag of food and a box of soft food, 2 crates, a watering fountain and a large cat tower, they love sitting by a window and looking out. They have no desire to go outside though they have been taken out on a leash. More pics available on request.

Story
This is Willa the other half of the bonded pair with Jasper. Willa is playful and sweet. Give her a random box and she is happy for hours! She is great with dogs, other cats and kids. She is brave and adventurous, she will often try things first & then her brother follows. They do everything together and I won’t separate them. An adoptee will be required to sign a good faith contract that they won’t separate them. The adoption fee is $40 for both not each. More pics and videos available upon request. They come with bag of dry food, case of wet food, water fountain and larger cat tree, also misc. toys and automatic litter box (forgot to list in other profile).

Story
Liberty was wandering the streets looking for a bit of kindness and someone to help her with her soon to be born babies. Luckily, a rescue group took her in and just in the nick of time - she gave birth right away to a beautiful litter of 5 babies - 4 calico and one black and white boy. PAWS was called and we opened up a space for this beautiful mom and her babies. Liberty is a beautiful cat with a shy and "standoffish" personality. She is very timid and will take some time to get used to your home. Once she gets to know you, she is ok with being petted at her request but for the most part, she is good with admiring you from afar. It has taken alot of love and patience for her to finally allow me to pick her up and love on her. But if she gets scared or feels threatened, she will scratch and bite to free herself. If you have the and patience to devote to her, she will make it worth your wait! It has been such a joy to be able to pet her and play with her and give her so much love. She really is a wonderful girl that just needs to go at her pace and not be rushed. She is estimated to have been born in June of 2017. She would not do well in a home with small children. She is also petrified of dogs so she will not be adopted to a home with a dog. If interested, please go to pawspaws.org to complete the application. Once approved, we will set up a meet and greet to see if you are a fit for her! Thanks for your interest!!!!

Story
Marvelous Mike was brought into the shelter after several days of trying to show him there was a better life than that of a stray. He was running with his mom and several siblings, most likely born after his pregnant mom was dumped to fend for herself and her coming family. He was extremely scared for the first two days but he has settled in nicely and is working on becoming a lover. He is doing very well with me but does tend to be very fearful of new people. His potential adopter will need to understand that he still has a tendency to revert to being a feral cat if frightened. He will startle at fast movement and new things until he gets to know you and his surroundings. Please keep in mind that he and his siblings were feral for 4 months so they are not a good fit for homes with children under 16. He is a beautiful yellow/buff medium haired boy that will truly steal your heart. He has learned to play with toys but his favorite thing is to play with his person. He was born around 06/28/2023 and has been neutered, microchipped, and has had his rabies shot. If you are interested in adopting, please go to pawspaws.org to complete the application. Please note that the Petfinder inquiry is not the PAWS application. You must leave the Petfinder site and log onto the PAWS website at pawspaws.org to complete the application. We will arrange for a meet and greet after we have an approved application. His adoption fee is $100. Thanks for your interest!
