Story
Jaspurr is a loving, playful, sweet one year old female cat. I rescued her while on vacation, hoping to foster her until I found a great and loving home for her. I’d like her to be an indoor only cat.

Story
We got her almost four years ago from a friend as a kitten. She will be turning 4 years old in May. She's loving, adventurous, and loves hanging out on the porch with us. She grew up with my 5-year-old daughter so she should be good with young kiddos. She is harness-trained and can walk on a leash. She loves to be brushed and can tolerate getting her nails clipped. She's also great at the groomers! She does take anxiety medication daily at a low dose to help with her anxiety. She has been cuddly and playful since being on the medication. We haven't introduced her to any dogs or cats, so we aren't sure if she will get along with them. We hope that her new family will continue helping her with her anxiety and giving her a fabulous new life!

Story
My cats are sisters and I would like them to go to a good home together. They have been together since I've had them as kittens. Their Mother abandoned them under the house and my husband rescued them. They are well trained and very good house cats. They come when you call them by name. And they love their "treat time" before bedtime. They are good family pets, good with kids, and have been around my 12 year old Boxer since they were babies. We are in the process of moving and can no longer keep them with us. And I found out that I am allergic to cats. So I am hoping to find them a good home.

Story
We got Maggie in 2019. Previous owners found her behind a dumpster in a Target parking lot. They had her for at least a year+. She was spayed and declawed front and back. We suspect they had her a year / year and a half? Maggie is a very prissy / clean cat. She has 2 litter boxes and if the preferred box that day / week is not pristine, she’ll poop on the floor. She’s never urinated outside her box. She tolerates a Bernedoodle that we’ve had since 2015. She will hiss or punch at her, but has never tried to attack or bite. She tries to be affectionate, but she’s not snuggly, she just likes to sit in close proximity or rub herself on toes, but it's always on her terms. I know nothing about cats. I have 2 big kids in travel sports. I don't know how to correct the pooping outside of the box, nor do I have time. I clean the boxes regularly. She's our first and last cat. She’s never been to a vet.

Story
Hiiiii! I'm Denim and I'm 9 months old! I am the kindest gentleman you will ever meet! In fact, I love to give and receive hugs and cuddles! I really enjoy playing too but boy oh boy do I love affection! I have been here at the shelter since I was a 2 week old baby and I have grown up here, and while I have enjoyed my time, I would love to find my furever home! Since I am friendly with other cats and kids and could warm up to a dog if need be, I would make the purrfect companion for your family!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me!
