Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Arnold is finally ready to find his forever home. He came to Last Hope in rough shape but with some TLC from the volunteers and doctors Arnold is looking so handsome!! He had a surgery to fix his eye lids and while they do still get a little runny occasionally the vets can't find anything further wrong with them. He loves to explore and lay in the sun! He especially loves snuggles from his favorite people. Arnold can be a little picky about his cat friends and does ok with dogs as long as they respect his bubble. Arnold's adoption fee is $85 and includes his neuter, microchip and current vaccinations. Last Hope requires that all adopters have their animals altered, current on vaccinations and preventatives and kept as indoor pets only.  Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and a home visit. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.DiabeticManny is a young-almost senior cat, at around 8.5 years old.  He came to Last Hope with the help of some wonderful people that recognized that he needed a little extra care and was truly a wonderful cat deserving of a permanent home! Manny was found to be diabetic upon joining rescue, this has been well managed with a prescription food diet (both dry and wet) and twice daily insulin injections.  Manny is a very agreeable cat, although he certainly isn't a fan of being on a "diet" and will try to sneak snacks throughout the day! Manny is wonderfully affectionate with every person that he meets, he's a volunteer favorite for giving you a hug and he definitely enjoys the company of his people.  Manny prefers to be the only pet in the home; he does not get along with other cats and seems perturbed by dogs in his space. We don't want to add any stress to his life with the diabetes concerns, so believe it best that he be the center of your world and receive all the pets and loves! Manny would be fine with children, as long as everyone is careful to monitor his sneaky snacking habits!   Manny's adoption fee is $85 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and FeLV/FIV Testing. Manny will also come with a bottle of insulin and his current supplies for maintaining his diabetes.  Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only and be kept current on annual vaccinations and monthly preventatives. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit. Please submit an adoption application for consideration through our website, Adopthope.org!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 25, 2023, 3:38 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Palermo is a playful and curious young guy who enjoys engaging with his siblings or mom (Pisa, Pico and Milan) or any toy that crosses his path.  Palermo’s favorite pastimes are running through tunnels, chasing after wand toys and birdwatching through a window.  When in play mode, he uses soft paws and mouth if presented with a hand, so would be good with children.  Once he’s all played out, he becomes quite a love bug and enjoys a nice warm lap to snuggle into for naps.  He’s a very outgoing little guy once he’s comfortable, and has met new people both young and old.  Palermo has brought a lot of joy into his foster home and is sure to bring the same to yours!  (Did you know that Last Hope offers a $25 discount when you adopt 2 kitties? ) Palermo's adoption fee is $100. This covers his neuter, current vaccinations, FeLV/FIV test, and microchip. Last Hope requires that all animals be altered, current on vaccinations and kept as indoor pets only.  If you are interested in meeting Palermo, please fill out an application on our website at  www.adopthope.org . Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Introducing ZAC...  A real cute, fun, adorable Orange Tabby kitten with some white highlights and check out those big bright eyes! He was found up in a pine tree with his brother, Kenny.  After that scary start, he has adapted great to a home life in his foster home!  He loves to play and is the first one 'in' when get out a toy to interact with the kitties.  He does well with all other cats in the foster home, too!  When around a respectful young child, he was great because the child loved playing with the kittens and Zac was all in' for the attention! When Zac first arrived he was a bit shy and more the 'explorer' then a cuddler.  BUT... Zac has come to enjoy a lap and certainly loves pets and kisses!  He is very polite though and will wait for the invitation for his 'love time.' He, too, loves treats and Squeeze-Up are his most favorite! He prefers NOT to share these with any other kitty - even Kenny!  Zac is outgoing.  He would be an explorer... he is the 1st one to try a new toy and give a stamp of approval!  He particularly likes a feather chaser, balls and a tunnel to run through!  he will play as long as you are willing; of course, there is nothing to compare with the fun when playing with his sibling, Kenny!  He loves to wrestle, chase and sleep with his buddy! These two brothers  are quite bonded and we really f eel it would be in their best interest to be adopted as a pair, especially if there are no other pets in the home.  A single kitten can get into a whole lotta mischief if there isn't another furry friend he/she can rough and tumble with to get out some of that natural kitten energy.   Both kittens are completely vetted... they are neutered, have had 3 FVRCP vaccinations and their rabies vaccination;  have been given several rounds of dewormer meds as well as Revolution (an internal/external parasite treatment); they tested NEG for FeLK and they are microchipped. LHAR will register your microchip for you and it has a free lifetime registration!  Be sure to always keep your personal information UTD with the chip company, should you ever change your name, address, phone number(s) or email address!  Zac's adoption fee is $100 .00...   His   handsome Orange Tabby coat is beautiful and he should grow up to be real stud muffin :)      If you decide you want to adopt these handsome little guys together, Last Hope gives you a $25.00 discount if you adopt them as a pair! "Until there are none, please adopt one; So they aren't blue, why not adopt two?" If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application thru our Last Hope Animal Rescue website  @  www.adopthope.org.     Applicants must be at least 21 years old in order to adopt; additionally any animals in the home must be spayed/neutered, have a history of routine wellness checks with their veterinarian, have a history of all required vaccinations, and be kept  as i ndoor pets only.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 25, 2023, 3:38 pm
