Story
Named for their spicy attitudes when they first arrived, these three 2-month-old brothers have come a long way! They were found hunkered down in a woodshed, trying to keep warm in the winter weather. When they first arrived, they preferred their own company and weren`t so sure about humans. But what a difference a little love makes! As they’ve grown a little more comfortable, their ears have perked up, they’ve started accepting treats, and they don`t mind saying hello to their favorite staff and volunteers. We know they’ll continue to move past their guarded beginnings (pictured last) until they’re nothing but little cuddle bugs vying for your attention. The Prehistoric kittens are microchipped, vaccinated to age, and available for foster to adopt until they`re old enough to be neutered at The Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter. You can visit them at the shelter Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.

Story
Varl is a fluffy and gentle 1-year-old Domestic Mediumhair cat who`s a total snuggler. This 12-pound boy was surrendered to us from a home overcrowded with cats, and because of that, it took him a little while to truly open up. Now that he feels safe, he has become the sweetest, cuddliest companion. Varl is calm, quiet, and gentle. He loves nothing more than napping and snuggling the day away. He even has the cutest, tiniest meow to match his mellow personality. Varl currently lives in our cat community room and truly enjoys the presence of other cats. He would do wonderfully in a home with a kitty buddy!Varl is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. You can visit him at The Babinski Foundation Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.

Story
This handsome, 2-year-old, 10.9-pound Domestic Medium Hair cat has a sweet and shy personality. He is a quiet boy who absolutely loves affection. Just give him a couple of gentle scratches behind the ears or on his back, and he’ll start to open up.Topaz came to us from a large outdoor cat community. While he had lots of feline friends there, he was unfortunately exposed to the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). Being FeLV positive means his immune system cannot fight off illness and infection, and his life span may be a little shorter than an average cat`s.Topaz can still live a happy and healthy life as long as he is kept indoors and visits the vet for his annual checkups. He should live in a home as the only cat, or with other FeLV-positive cats, to protect him from diseases and to prevent the Feline Leukemia Virus from spreading. The good news is FeLV cannot be spread to humans or dogs, so he can have as many human and canine friends as he likes! Topaz is ready to be your loving companion for as long as he`s able.Topaz is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. You can visit him at the shelter Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
