Story
Meet Merlin and Galahad, four-year-old “Bros”! These two bring new meaning to brotherly love so we would really love for them to go together! We ended up with these two after their owner was unfortunately no longer able to care for them. Thankfully, they had each other and are thriving under the circumstances. You really get the best of both worlds with these two! Merlin, the long-haired Wizard, has the beauty and Galahad, the short-haired Knight, has the brawn. Not to mention both have the most dazzling eyes and silky coats. While these two are adorably affectionate with each other they are equally affectionate with all of our volunteers! These large boys love attention, getting pets and of course getting into trouble together! Do you have it in your heart to give these two the forever home they deserve?  Both boys have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, and have tested negative for FELV/FIV. To express an interest in adopting this pair, you need to fill out our adoption application, including as much detail as possible, at https://kittycorner.org/adoption/application/. Please be sure that your email address is correct. If your application is accepted, KittyCorner will contact you via email to set up a time for you to come and meet them.  Your donation of $100 per cat will contribute to the cost of veterinary care that the cat(s) received for all the above-mentioned procedures/treatments.  KittyCorner is a New York State Registered Shelter/Rescue, Registration Number: RR0279. *All kittycorner.org kittens/cats come with a lifetime “cat-back” guarantee. If at any time, for any reason they need to be returned/rehomed, please just return them to KittyCorner. We will happily take them back as our mission is to ensure that all of our adoptees will always have a safe place to stay and call home. April 15, 2024, 12:01 am

ALL our cats and dogs are in the NY area but can be adopted out of state to the purrfect furever home.  In some cases, we can help transport.  Zani's al fresco Summer Adoptions  follow us on FB to find us this summer as we will try new locations to meet the needs of NYC and support the little stores:)     4Yrs old 11lbs Handsome FerryAll kittens are adoptable in pairs only unless another age appropriate cat is in residence.  Most of our adult cats also like cat company (most fosters are multicat homes).  Please read the following article on cat food to see why no dry: www.catinfo.org   Facebook:Zani's Furry Friends ZFF (weekly adoption event info posted there) Twitter: zanisff  Instagram: zanisfurryfriends   All cats are in the NY area.  Cats are spayed/neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, Rabies vaxed, and microchipped.  All are in the NY/NJ area but we will adopt out of state to the purrfect home and in some cases, we can arrange transport.  Please go to our site      https://zanisfurryfriends.org      fill out an application and return to   cats@zanisfurryfriends.org   Please note: kittens must be adopted in pairs or to households with age appropriate cat(s) to ensure proper socialization and companionship. NO exceptions! If you would prefer a solo cat, we would be happy to recommend those cats who would do best as solo cats. All our cats are tested for feline leukemia and FIV, FVRCP and Rabies vaxed and also microchipped.   Many of us (cats/dogs) will be on display on Saturdays or Sundays, weather dependent.  Please ask by writing us at cats@zanisfurryfriends.org and following us on FB. If you are seriously interested in adopting one of us in particular, please fill out an application early Friday so that we can be sure to be there. Otherwise we decide based on other variables. Usually we are in our foster homes so this is a bit more stressful and a slightly artificial environment but we do want to be seen and find our furever homes too. Please come! And if you can't adopt, foster or volunteer, you can always donate! If you want to know about cats/dogs specifically being shown at our adoption locations, please email us info@zanisfurryfriends.org closer to the date so we know your interest and will make every effort to have that pet at the event or let you know how and where you can meet.  It is extemely helpful and speeds up adoption if the application is filled out prior to visiting us so please do that before coming to our weekend events. Our weekend locations are: Saturdays or Sundays, weather dependent  Follow us on FB, Zani's Furry Friends ZFF, for latest updates. Usually we are in our foster homes so all this is a bit more stressful but we do want to be seen and find our furever homes. Please come! And if you can't adopt, maybe you can foster or volunteer. And you can always donate:) Cats and Dogs are spayed/neutered, UTD w/ all age appropriate shots and microchipped. Cats are feline combo tested for FIV/FeLV; dogs are heartworm tested and rabies vax'd, (NOT lyme vaxed but we seriously recommend it); rabbits are spayed/neutered. Story
I am an easy going guy who is learning about how great human relationships can be! I came into the shelter scared and hesitant about the world but have made leaps and bounds in terms of confidence! I now love to roll around, nuzzling into pets and showing off my adorable chubby belly! I have quickly learned that I absolutely love cheek rubs and scratches in between my ears! I have made some close relationships with the shelter staff and really enjoy being with my humans and getting affection! If you would love to help give me a secure home in which I can "spread my wings' even further, please come see me!

Story
My name is Cole and people say I am very handsome. I have a fluffy tail and I have soft grey and white fur. I like nuzzling up to my foster mom. I love all kinds of toys too. I will do best with older children. I can't wait to find my forever home soon! Thanks to a grant from the Petfinder Foundation, this cat's adoption fee is reduced to just $50—half-off our regular adult cat adoption fee! $20 will be added to this fee for cats who are microchipped. Your adoption fee contributes to the cost of veterinary treatments the cat has received, such as spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccines, testing, deworming medication, and flea and ear mite treatments. Application including references required.
