Story
Bear and Missy are a matching pair of midnight-colored sweethearts, with Bear’s fluffy ebony coat and Missy’s sleek short fur giving them a perfectly balanced charm. These two gentle souls would feel safest in a calm, adult home without dogs, where quiet moments and soft routines can help their shy hearts bloom. They love spending their days side by side, tucked into cardboard boxes or cozy covered beds, listening to soothing voices and enjoying tender head scritches when they feel brave. Bird-watching from a peaceful perch is one of their favorite shared pastimes, and having another kind feline friend would be welcome too. Whether they go home together or join a mellow kitty already waiting, Bear and Missy are dreaming of a tranquil home where love speaks softly and naps come often.

Story
This is Mr Armin, 3 years old, neutered, up to date on all vaccines, indoor only. The main reason I’m looking to rehome is because of a health issue. He seems to vomit fairly frequently after eating. I’ve tried EVERYTHING I can within my financial boundaries - but it doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. Bloodwork has been done recently and a fecal sample - both came back completely normal. Next in the diagnostic world, he needs imaging. I’m looking for an adopter that can take on that financially, along with whatever treatment/procedures he may need to allow him to live his best life. He is currently on prescription food. I recently lost my father, and due to finances that come with all of that, I cannot afford Armin’s care. He is a GREAT cat. Using the litter box 100% normally. LOVES to play - particularly with his crinkle balls! He is a curious, loving boy with an excellent mustache! This is an extremely difficult choice, but I think the best one for HIM to thrive!

Story
Lenox is a charming medium-haired black cat, featuring a unique patch of white under her neck. At just 2 years old, she was rescued from life on the streets after being abandoned. While she may initially be a bit shy around unfamiliar faces, she soon reveals her affectionate side. Lenox loves being held and enjoys delightful chin scratches. Although she isn't particularly keen on other cats, she might be able to tolerate a calm feline companion . Given her gentle temperament, we recommend a quiet home with only adults or children aged 12 and older. It’s essential that the household is dog-free. Lenox is spayed, parasite treated, has age appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for both FeLV and FIV and micro chipped. If you would like to adopt Lennox please complete an online Adoption Form at our website https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-application/ Or click the about us tab on this page and continue to our Adoption Application. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION: I take the time to write bios outlining the personality of each cat. To the best of my ability I determine if the cat would adjust to a household with young kids, dogs or other cats. If I feel they would not be a good match I state that in the description. Most of the cats that I rescue were abandoned and having a hard time surviving on the streets. I take them in, get them vetted/vaccinated and then let them decompress. PLEASE DO NOT fill out an application if you have young kids or dogs where I specifically state this would NOT be a good match. I will only contact you if I feel your application will be a good fit. 1) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms and microchipped. 2) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet, 3) Submitting an application does not lock you into a commitment to adopt. 4) If you would like to meet one of our cats please submit an application at https://feralsandkittensandcatsohmy.org/adoption-form/ Find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/carolsferalsny

Story
Meet Tucker — your new best friend in a fluffy gray-and-white coat! Born on July 27, 2025, Tucker is a soft, medium-haired sweetheart who looks like he was made from clouds and sunshine. His fur is unbelievably silky, and his personality is just as warm. Tucker is a curious, affectionate little guy who loves to explore, play, and then curl up for snuggles when he’s ready to rest. He’s full of kitten energy and joy — chasing toys, pouncing on shadows, and turning every moment into an adventure. Tucker shares a special bond with his BFF Ava. Because he’s such a playful boy, Tucker does need a home with another friendly cat to keep him company if Ava doesn’t come along. Tucker would be happiest in a home with older children (13+). He’d also prefer a dog-free home, where he can feel safe, adored, and be the center of attention. Tucker is fully vetted, microchipped, and ready to bring endless love, laughter, and purrs to his forever family. If you’re looking for a kitten who will fill your heart and home with joy, Tucker is waiting to meet you! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ: 1) I do home visits for all the cats/kittens for adoption. I am not currently able to adopt to anyone living more than 1 hour outside of Rochester, NY. 2) I require a vet reference and will contact them. 3) Most of the cats in my care come from the streets and have had a bad start in life. They usually would do best in a home with older children and NO dogs. 4) All the cats/kittens that are up for adoption will be spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccinations, combo tested and treated for fleas and worms. 5) An approved application is necessary prior to a meet and greet,

Story
Darius & Armstrong – A Bond of Heart and Spirit Meet Darius and Armstrong, two beautiful souls who share a special bond and must be adopted together. Darius, born April 15, 2024, medium-haired boy, is what we lovingly call a spirit cat—a gentle presence who may not always seek out touch but will fill your home with quiet companionship. His silky fur and soulful eyes hint at the sweetness within, waiting for patience and love to help him bloom. Darius is shy and reserved, but with time, trust, and maybe a few tasty treats, he’ll show his tender heart. He finds comfort in the company of other cats and especially in his best friend, Armstrong. Armstrong, born July 16, 2024, is pure sunshine in feline form. This orange-and-white charmer is playful, affectionate, and full of life. He’ll chase toys, follow you from room to room, and melt into your arms when it’s time to rest. His warmth and confidence help Darius feel safe and loved, and together they balance each other perfectly—one bold and bright, the other calm and soulful. These two boys share a deep connection that brings out the best in both. Darius finds courage in Armstrong’s light, and Armstrong finds peace in Darius’s quiet spirit. They are truly two halves of one heart, ready to bring love, laughter, and serenity to their forever home. They would do best in a home with adults only, or adults and children 13+ who are experienced with cats. A home without dogs. Both boys are neutered, have age-appropriate vaccinations, have been parasite treated, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and are microchipped. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE READ: 1) I do home visits for all the cats/kittens for adoption.
