Meet Gordo, a handsome little man who is dressed in his best tuxedo and looking for his forever home! I'm sure his sisters' "tortie-tude" helped make him the patient and sweet boy he is today. Gordo is extremely well-mannered and gentle. He loves to be around people and other kittens, but isn't the type to be pushy - he waits his turn for things patiently. The only thing that Gordo just can't be patient for is his daily Churu treat! He absolutely loves Churu and becomes very vocal when the packet comes out... It's adorable. Even as he mews his tiny little head off, he stays polite and stares up at you without scaling your body like a mountain. He gently holds his treat with both paws and is just the sweetest little thing. Gordo is affectionately nicknamed "Toofy" because of the tiny white line on the right hand side of his chin - it looks like a little tooth. Between that quirk, his mittens, magnificent whiskers, and bright green eyes, he is an absolute stunner! Gordo loves spending time with his foster siblings Elle Fanning, Sophie Turner, and Boogie - he would do great if adopted with one of them, or any other friendly kitten he could cause mischief with. Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Gordo has not met a dog before, but with slow and careful introductions to a well-behaved dog we think he would do great with a new pup sibling. With a very heavy heart I am giving my sweet baby away, I don't have a home for him and a shelter is not an option. His name is Monkey he is 3 years old. He's a big boy, pure muscle! All black except a small white spot on his chest. Monkey loooooves attention he loves to be pet and kissed a lot. Meet Odie, a handsome and gentle soul who's ready to trade his tough past for a loving future. After a difficult start on the streets, this sweet boy is now thriving indoors and has discovered the good life—full of food, fun, and family! Odie adores playtime, especially with his foster siblings. He loves to eat and happily purrs away when his foster mom brushes his soft fur. While he's grateful for his current family, he's eagerly waiting for a forever home of his own. If you have room in your heart for a playful and affectionate companion, Odie might be the perfect fit for you. He would also love to be adopted with one of his siblings if you're looking for a dynamic duo! We estimate his birthday to be March 8, 2025. Odie and his siblings were rescued from the City of Poughkeepsie, NY during Stray H.E.L.P.'s consistent TNR efforts. Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP.
