Story
Olive (Livvy/Liv) is a very sweet, shy girl. She doesn’t appreciate loud noises or kids. She prefers her own space, but once warmed up to you she will come around and say hi often. She is a good bathroom partner and will check up on you to make sure you’re okay. She loves soft things to lay on, especially blankets. She also thoroughly enjoys a good cat scratching post.

Story
Very scared baby found as a stray. All our young kittens are required to be adopted in pairs (or to homes with other cats or kittens) to prevent Single Kitten Syndrome. There are many benefits to adopting two kittens, including: One kitten can become bored and lonelyTwo kittens will keep each other busy and out of troubleHaving two kittens is very entertaining! You will have fewer behavioral issues with two kittensYou will help TWO babies get out of a shelter instead of one, and make room for us to help more! Our adoption fees are reduced for a second kitten. :)If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application. Completing a questionnaire on any other website does not submit an application to our rescue, you must complete one on our website. Story
Meet Norbert – A Cat with Character 🐾Norbert is a cool, independent guy who knows what he likes—and what he doesn’t. This handsome boy was found wandering solo, and while he’s not a fan of feline roommates, he absolutely adores people. Neutered and ready to settle in, Norbert would do best in a home where he can be the only cat and soak up all the attention.Whether you're working from home or curled up with a book, Norbert will be right there, offering quiet companionship and the occasional head bump of affection. If you’re looking for a companion with a sweet disposition and a little bit of sass, Norbert might be just the cat for you.🐾 Just a quick note—he's currently in foster care, not at the shelter, so he won't be available for walk-in visits. If you'd like to meet him, we'll need to schedule a meet and greet in advance. Let us know what days work best for you, and we’ll be happy to coordinate! If you are interested in adopting this pet, please go to www.midwestpetrefuge.com/adopt to complete an application.
