Story
I''m expecting to ReHome Charlie 11/15/25 and will edit this post according. He became more affectionate as his litter mates were being adopted, so much so that I had to keep him when we traveled south for the winter last year. I had him neutered in Feb. of 2025. Things were fine then, as he was compatible with his parents, but now that he is over a year old, like with lions, his parents have turned on him so I can't bring him back down south to our winter home again as the conflict would cause noise complaints. He is about 14 lbs and very playful. He has never had any health issues. He eats mostly kibble with a little wet food. He gets along very well with younger kittens sometimes even letting them succkle on him. He gets along with older cats also, just not his parents. He is an indoor cat that likes going out on the secure patios and balconies I have made to watch for birds. Sometimes he will run past me at the doorway to get out, but not far and comes back

I`m available for adoption! You can read about my condition and needs below. I have ringworm (feline dermatophytosis), a very common, treatable skin infection. Despite the name, it is a fungal infection having nothing to do with worms. I might have an itchy rash on my skin that will look like a circle on the infected area. I am undergoing treatment at the shelter but hoping to find my forever family now to continue healing in my new home! I think my recovery would be a lot quicker and more comfortable in a home. My adoption price is discounted and you will receive supplies and resources needed to get started. Learn more about ringworm and treatment at https://www.green-hill.org/ringworm-in-cats-treatment/Kittens need more attention and socialization during their first 6 months of life and adopters should plan to provide this type of care. We recommend adopting 2 kittens at a time to help with socialization! My adoption fee includes being spayed/neutered, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more! Give us a call if you`d like to talk with a staff member more about adopting a kitten with ringworm!
