Story
Peter is a very relaxed kitten. While he does love to play, he would rather spend his time curled up in bed, snoozing away. You will almost always find him snuggled up under one of his siblings or tucked into bed. We like to say he is the big brother of all of the kittens, as he always makes sure everyone is nice and clean before bed ☺️

Story
Meet Chaos! She is a domestic medium hair, calico mix, and is about 10 weeks old! She came to us needing extensive medical care, as she had a prolapsed rectum. She was found outside, unable to eat, not being able to use the restroom, and just in a lot of pain. We got her immediate care, and she has been healing and thriving at the shelter ever since! She adores attention and would love to be in a home with lots of people to love her. She is also good with other cats and children! Since her surgery, she has mostly rested, but she still loves to play with all of her toys and the other kittens! Chaos can win you over with one meow. Don't believe me? Come on down to the shelter and find out!

Story
Meet Trauma! He is a loving and sweet boy with a very sad and traumatic backstory.  Trauma came to us after being locked in a hot car with another cat and dog for three days. They were dehydrated, tired, sad and scared, starving, and in need of lots of love and medical attention. We at the shelter did just that. We got them the help they needed and gave them all of the love and support they needed, and now they are flourishing and ready for their forever homes. Trauma loves all attention! His favorite thing to do is crawl on your lap for chin scratches, and then fall right over on top of you, so you have no choice but to stay and give him love. He is a very chill cat and does well with other cats, dogs, and children!

Story
Mork is a 2 year old tabby with very distinct markings. He and His sister Mindy were found as abandoned kittens. PAWS was able to take the siblings and after a short time in foster they made their way into the shelter. Mork is more shy than his sister but is not scared of people as long as they are calm and loving. He gets along with the other cats at the shelter but he tends to want find is own sunny spot to bask on the cat porch. Our adoption process: It is our goal to match each animal with the most compatible home, based on their personality and temperament. In order to do this we ask that all potential adopters fill out an adoption interview, as well as talk with a staff member about what they are looking for in a new pet. By doing this we can better match adoptee with an adopter, resulting in forever homes!

Story
Hello, I'm MK!  I am really shy, but that's because I grew up in a feral colony, where trust was a luxury. I'm learning to trust again, slowly but surely. I'm very sweet, though my sweetness is like a hidden tressure, waiting to be discovered. My world used to be vast and unpredictable, but now I yeard for a small predictable world where I can feel safe. The new environment can seem overwhelming to me, so I would enjoy my comfort somewhere calming and quiet. I may need some time to adjust, but I promise, your patience will be rewarded with my loayalty and affection. Adopt me, and together we can prove that love can conquer fear.
