Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.London is a beautiful young medium hair cat with the best fluffy tail. She has such a soft coat, she really enjoys being brushed AND she LOVES belly rubs. I think she knows she's a princess. She has the sweetest disposition and loves to play as well. She can sometimes be just a tiny bit shy when meeting new people but she's pretty quick to warm up. Especially if you tell her how pretty she is. London would do best in a  more quiet home with older kids. She would enjoy having cat friends, but would be fine as a single cat as well. She loves her nightly wet food and is very smart about when it's dinner time and where she eats. She's overall a really easy cat. London was found as a stray in September 2023 at a golf course. She approached some golfers crying for food and she came into the care of CVRR. She was posted as found but never claimed. Once into CVRR, London was spayed and received all her vet care. Her estimated date of birth is April 2023. London was adopted in November 2023 by a guy who already had one cat, Furgison. Furgison and London became friends very quickly. Unfortunately living circumstances changed in July 2024 and so London and Furgison both came into CVRR foster care at that time. London and Furgison get along great with the resident cats in their foster home. London's adoption fee is $75. Many cats do so much better in pairs, which is why we offer a reduced adoption fee of $25 for the second cat (or more!). Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in this animal? The first step is an application, which can be completed at www.cvrrescue.org/adoption-applications/. The adoption fee helps cover a portion of the care provided for our animals, including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm testing for dogs, FeLV/FIV combo testing for cats, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines (including rabies vaccine), and any medical care received while in our care. All cats and dogs are on flea/tick and parasite prevention for the duration of foster care. Notes about puppies: Adopters can expect a new puppy to have accidents, chew things they shouldn't, and have other normal, energetic puppy issues until they are trained, including jumping, mouthing, and general youthful naughtiness. If you experience puppy issues, please feel free to contact us; we’re happy to offer guidance. Also, if a puppy is a mixed breed, we cannot guarantee an adult weight. If your residence has weight restrictions or if you’re looking for a specific adult weight, we don't recommend applying for a mixed-breed puppy. We also offer rehoming services for pets currently owned by individuals. In these cases, we list the animal as a courtesy to the owner, and the animal is not currently in the care of CVRR, such that we can make no representation or guarantee of the animal’s behavior, demeanor, or health assessment. All information listed for a courtesy-posted animal is provided by the current owner and should be verified by any potential adopter. CVRR is a nonprofit organization. We have no paid staff, and all applications are reviewed and processed by our volunteers. Please be patient and understand that it may take 7-14 days to process your application, check your references, and gather follow-up info. You can expedite the process by providing accurate phone numbers and email addresses for your vet and landlord references, and by answering each question fully. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to see if the animal picks you, too. If it seems the adoption will be a good match for all, we will collect the adoption fee and complete the adoption contract. CVRR is a NO KILL rescue organization, and we have a LIFETIME COMMITMENT to all of our animals. If for any reason the adoption does not work out, the animal must be returned to CVRR. We will reevaluate the animal and choose a new home based on the best fit for it. May 7, 2025, 8:40 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Furgison is a very sweet boy who loves to be picked up and rub his nose all over your face to give you kisses. He’ll also stand up on your shoulders if you let him. He is generally quiet and content...at least until after dinner, when he celebrates with super fun zoomies! He loves his nightly wet food and is very sweet and social. He loves to meet new people too. He would do best in a home with older kids. He would enjoy cat friends in his new home, but he would be okay as a single cat as well.  Furgison was born in April 2018 and was adopted from a local shelter later that year. He lived a happy life with his person, just the two of them, until his person adopted London from us in November 2023, and the two kitties became fast friends. Unfortunately living circumstances changed in July 2024, and London and Furgison both came into CVRR care at that time. Furgison's adoption fee is $75. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   We are fostering siblings AZALEA( #22941) a female , COSMOS ( #22942) a male. ( You are welcome to change their names when they are adopted.) COSMOS is overall white with gray tabby stripe area. COSMO has lovely tabby markings. AZALEA is a wonderful calico. Did you know that Calico's are almost always female. These kittens are affectionate and sweet kittens. They love to play with each other. They love to have you pet them. They love to have their ears rubbed and may roll over for you to pet their bellies. And of course they purr! You can arrange to meet them and see whether one or both are for you. They were born around the middle of April. Right now they are too young to be neutered but the adoption fee includes the cost of neutering at a cooperating Vet.They are affectionate to the people around them. New people are instantly friends. When they are calm and settled in my lap I can cut their nails. They put a lot of energy into play and exploration. They will talk to you especially at feeding time. They eat both wet and dry food . They are such copy cats - when one goes to eat/drink the other sibling often follows. You can arrange to meet them and see whether one or both are for you.We suggest that you consider adopting 2 kittens at the same time. Having 2 cats is actually more fun for you and for them. Their antics will entertain you. Importantly for them - they will never be lonely. Having a companion does not take away from their desire to play with you. It is so much fun to watch them play with each other. One of them would also be fun to have love you!Once you adopt the kitten(s), we would love to hear from you about how they are doing. We would be happy to send you kitten pictures, and tell you about their favorite things.... like cat dancer toys! I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. For more information - Email me Toby, (tz1234@embarqmail.com) the foster parent.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.    July 1, 2025, 6:58 am
