Story
We got both kittens from the same litter. A male & a female. We wanted two so they would have a play partner. We were being overrun with voles at our house, & these two turned into great hunters. Now our lawn & small pasture is free of voles. The cats like to come into our kitchen in the morning for a treat, then back outside to enjoy the day. They like to hang out in our kitchen if it's lousy weather outside. They stay in out garage at night to make sure that no coyotes kill them. We are selling our home & traveling, & are not able to take them with us. Our new homeowner hates cats, so we can't leave them here. I'll give you their favorite food to last for quite awhile. Please help me out. We love these cats, but don't see any way to take them with us. Thanks!

Story
Cats-the most effective, affordable and environmentally friendly pest control method! The barn cat, also known as a feral cat, is a domestic cat, usually of mixed breed, that lives primarily out-of-doors, in a feral or semi-feral condition on agricultural properties, usually sheltering in outbuildings.Individuals interested in adopting barn cats must be able to provide the cats with shelter, food, water, and vet care. Barns, outbuildings, factories, and warehouses are all considered suitable shelters for the cats. All barn cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and ear-tipped.If you are interested in adopting a barn cat please fill out the adoption questionnaire and a member of the adoption center team will contact you!*cats pictured are not available*

*The pets pictured in this posting are just ad pictures not available pets.*The Yakima Humane Society provides care for thousands of animals each year, some of which require time in foster care before they are ready to be adopted. Fostering a homeless pet is both a rewarding and enriching experience; it is also great for families or individuals who love animals but cannot commit to having a full-time companion animal. The care that dedicated Foster Care Families provide is invaluable, both to the animals fostered and the people that adopt them. You can foster as much or as little as you like, and we need foster homes for a wide variety of animals - kittens, puppies, cats, dogs, and an occasional small & furry animal! You can learn more about our foster program and fill out an application athttp://www.yakimahumane.org/get-involved/foster/.*The pets pictured in this posting are just ad pictures not available pets.*

*Adoption Fee of $100 for the pair because they must be adopted together. Will & Carlton are the most wonderful pair! These 4 month kittens are so much fun, are currently in a wonderful foster home, get along great with the other cat and dog in the home, are litter box trained, playful and happy, and love to chase those rolling balls! Will and Carlton both had to have one of their eyes removed, and have very limited vision in their other eye, so basically cannot see. Both boys do not let their lack of vision get in the way of having fun, and they are such great kittens. They will need to be adopted together, and they will bring so much joy into your life!
