Story
Bat is friendly once he gets to know you. He came to us through a family member in need. He does have siblings looking for a home as well. He has always been around other cats. He is litter trained. He is around a year old from what we have been told. He is a playful cat and will come with his favorite toy. We are moving and have to many cats to take with us since we inherited Bat and his siblings. He needs a good home with humans that can love him. It is not fair to him and his siblings at this time, there are too many of them to make sure they all get enough love. No health conditions that we were told.

Story
We are a 5 pack of felines named after the soccer players. We came from a place we could no longer stay. There are two of us kittens of about 4 months of age, our Mom and two younger males. We are a bit nervous at the moment, but life will be better!

Story
Smudge is the kind of mama who steals your heart before you even realize it — a medium-haired black and white beauty with a gentle soul, a big voice, and a personality that’s equal parts nurturing and delightfully silly. This sweet girl raised her four kittens with devotion, all while being completely toothless — and somehow even more charming because of it. Smudge loves to sing the song of her people, especially when she’s excited to see you or wants a little attention. Her meows are expressive, earnest, and impossible not to smile at.She’s a huge fan of brushing sessions and head rubs, leaning in with total trust once she knows you’re her person. But don’t let her calm, motherly vibe fool you — hand her a mouse toy and she’ll bounce off the walls like a kitten, zooming, pouncing, and showing off her playful side. When the energy winds down, Smudge becomes a soft, warm companion who will cuddle up next to you at nap time, happy just to be close. If you’re looking for a loving, quirky, affectionate mama cat who still has plenty of kitten spirit left in her, Smudge is ready to bring joy, conversation, and companionship into your home. This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.READY TO ADOPT? Story
Meet Courtney, a sweet senior lady who`s ready to leave her farm colony days behind and enjoy the pampered life she deserves. This gentle girl is FIV-positive and has had all of her teeth removed, but don`t let that fool you—she`s comfortable, happy, and more than ready to soak up affection.Courtney has a kind, easygoing personality and would likely do well in a home with other respectful cats. That said, after everything she`s been through, she certainly wouldn`t mind being the queen of the house and having all the attention to herself! If you`re looking for a loving companion who will appreciate every cozy bed, sunny window, and gentle pet, Courtney is ready to show you just how grateful she can be. She`s spent enough time taking care of herself—now it`s her turn to be spoiled.FIV-positive cats can safely live with FIV-negative cats, as the virus is primarily spread through deep bite wounds—not sharing food bowls, litter boxes, or cuddling. Since Courtney no longer has any teeth, she isn`t able to transmit FIV through biting, making her an especially easy companion for a multi-cat household. This cat is a member of our Forget-Me-Not program, which features animals who have been waiting a little longer than average for a home. Some need a specific type of family, while others have simply been overlooked. To help them find their perfect match, their adoption fee has been waived. This cat attends adoption events at our Verona Adoption Center on Saturdays from 10am to 2:30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.READY TO ADOPT? Story
Cooper, Evangeline, Archie, and Bubba didn`t have the easiest start in life. Born in a barn, they spent their first weeks learning that people should be avoided. When they arrived at Angel`s Wish, they were understandably unsure of the strange humans trying to care for them.Fast forward to today, and these four have made incredible progress! Every day they become a little braver, greeting their caregivers for meals, exploring new toys, accepting gentle pets, and rewarding kind attention with happy purrs. They may still greet you with a tiny hiss now and then, but don`t let that fool you. It`s simply an old habit that quickly melts away once they realize you`re there to offer treats, playtime, and affection.Because they`re still building confidence, they`ll do best with a patient family that understands they`ll need a little time to settle into a new home. The reward is watching them blossom as they discover just how wonderful life as a beloved family cat can be.These kittens have always had feline friends by their side and will need another playful, confident cat in their new home. They`d also be thrilled to be adopted with one of their siblings! If you`re looking for the joy of helping a kitten continue their journey from timid to treasured, one of these sweet little ones may be the perfect addition to your family. This cat attends Saturday adoption events (10 AM to 2:30 PM) and Sunday Adoption Events (12pm to 3pm) at our Verona Adoption CenterREADY TO ADOPT?
