Story
Oliver is a sweet 13-year-old cream ginger tabby who is the definition of a gentle senior companion. After being surrendered to us, he's spent time in a loving foster home, where he's enjoyed basking in sunny spots, curling up next to his foster mom, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. Oliver thrives on companionship and just wants to be near his people, making him the perfect lap cat or quiet presence in a calm home.Oliver has had some medical care in the past and will do best in a home that can provide regular check-ins with a veterinarian. He eats a soft diet and loves mealtime, and his easygoing nature makes him a low-maintenance friend for someone looking for a devoted senior cat.If you're looking for a warm, affectionate feline who will happily spend his days lounging in sunbeams and following you around for cuddles, Oliver is ready to meet you! Please submit an application through the link below for this sweet senior gentleman!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Cream Ginger Tabby Weight: 4.12 Age: 13yrs 3mths 0wks

Story
Meet Iko & Ori - Sweet Bonded Brother Kittens! 🖤Iko and Ori are two inseparable black brother kittens who are ready to find their forever home together. They look almost identical, but now they each sport collars, making it easier to tell them apart. Iko is the smaller brother and is growing out of his adorable cross-eyed phase, while Ori is just a bit bigger and equally as charming. These boys are truly the best of kittenhood: sweet, gentle, and easygoing. Their days are filled with playful wrestling and chasing, followed by cozy naps curled up side by side, or cuddling with their people. In their foster home, they've done wonderfully with other cats and would be happy to have feline friends in their future home too.Iko loves nothing more than to nuzzle up on your shoulder or burrow under warm blankets at night, making him the ultimate cuddle buddy. Ori is also super affectionate, and loves giving kisses, sleeping on your chest, and happily following you around the house just to be near you.Iko and Ori share a deep bond and would be happiest staying together. If you're looking for a loving, playful pair who will bring endless joy, comfort, and companionship into your home, these sweet brothers could be your perfect match.*Please note, they are currently in foster care awaiting their neuters on January 6th. Story
Meet Karen, a 2-year-old tabby lady with a very clear sense of what she likes... and what she absolutely doesn't. Strong-willed, opinionated, and never shy about voicing her displeasure, Karen sets high standards and expects them to be met. Change? Not her thing. Other cats? Hard pass. Too much attention? She'll let you know when she's had enough. But don't let her sass fool you-Karen has plenty to offer. Independent, entertaining, and full of personality, she'll keep you laughing with her antics and humble with her legendary side-eye. While shelter life isn't her favorite, her foster home reports that once she's settled, Karen is affectionate and a true delight.Karen is seeking a home that respects her boundaries-a peaceful kingdom where she can lounge in comfort and call the shots. Her ideal environment is calm, quiet, and cat-free (and kid-free), so she can thrive without chaos. Karen loves spending time on the catio here at the shelter so may suit a home with a safe outdoor environment.Think you have the perfect spot for Karen? Story
Tilly is a senior tabby sweetheart who has found herself looking for a new home after her previous owner had to move into a care facility. She's a gentle soul who can be a little shy when she first meets new people, but with some patient pets, a calm voice, and tasty food, she soon shows her affectionate and loving side.Tilly has a slight head tilt that doesn't slow her down, but she does prefer not to be picked up. She'd much rather come to you on her own terms-and she will, especially when she's feeling chatty. This lovely girl isn't afraid to speak up when she wants attention or company! She's best suited to an indoor-only home with a quiet lifestyle, as loud noises can frighten her. Tilly has lived with other cats before, so sharing her space with another gentle feline friend should be just fine.If you're looking for a calm, loving companion who will reward your patience with trust and soft affection, Tilly might be the perfect match. She's ready to settle into a peaceful home where she can feel safe, loved, and heard.Tilly is having some broken teeth removed January 19th in Kamloops. We are hoping she can go to a local foster-to-adopt home in the meantime. She will have her dental surgery, need to be on wet food only for about 10 days, and then have a recheck to be sure her mouth has healed up well. After that she can be officially adopted. Please submit an application through the link below for Miss Tilly!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 5.11 Age: 11yrs 4mths 3wks

Story
Every so often, a special little soul comes along who steals the heart of everyone he knows. Not the flashiest color, not the handsomest face, not the silkiest fur, just a plain little guy with a heart so enormous he spreads love wherever he goes. That's Braeburn. From the day he came to us, Braeburn was fighting to survive. Just four weeks old, his tiny body was already battling a severe flea infestation he had almost certainly endured since birth. After baths, combing, and finally becoming flea-free, he went on to fight anemia and related infections for weeks. Now, here he is. Healthier, stronger, and finally ready for his forever home.Braeburn has spent nearly his entire life in foster care, which means he's wonderfully socialized. He does great with dogs, cats, and humans of all ages. More than anything, Braeburn loves love. He adores attention, thrives on cuddles, and bonds deeply with his people. When humans aren't around, he seeks affection from other cats.Because of this, Braeburn's ideal home will have friendly, social cats who will enjoy his companionship, and people who appreciate a cuddly, affectionate, and slightly needy kitty personality. If you're looking for a cat who will love you with his whole heart, Braeburn might just be your perfect match. If you think you could be the forever home Braeburn has been waiting for, we'd love to talk to you.
