Story
Michele was a stray kitten in our neighborhood and was hit by a vehicle requiring a very costly hip and back leg surgery, we got it done and have kept her in our house keeping her safe for 2 years now while trying to find a home for her. Recently had a baby who is allergic to cats. We live in a small mother in law home with 3 other cats that were strays we are trying to find homes for. She is a very sweet girl but needs a place and a person to call home. I’ve never been able to give her the life she deserves because our space is so small. She would make a great companion in the right setting.

Story
Jane is a very sweet, low maintenance girlie. She is a three year old white domestic shorthair. I adopted her locally in January 2025 at Whitie's Pets through Fresno Humane Animal Services due to her elderly owner's passing. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. She currently has no known health issues, and has had her wellness checkups and vaccinations all done locally at Bullard Marks Veterinary Medical Center. I can provide full medical records since adoption if requested. Jane is very independent, but she does enjoy belly scratches and playing with shiny toys. Despite her independent nature, she will still snuggle up next to you and try to sleep with you if given the opportunity. I am in the military and will be going overseas soon, and am unable to take Jane with me. I believe the best perspective adopter for Jane would be someone who seeks a low maintenance, mellow companion that can still appreciate the affection and companionship that Jane provides.

Story
Looking for that kitten energy without the kitten drama? Meet Daphne! She's a young, velvety little tuxedo, spayed and vaxxed and ready to be your new best friend. Daphne loves those crinkly mylar toys and will chase and chase them and then carry them in her mouth. Her litter box habits are excellent. She's talkative, but not too much. She's frisky but wouldn't even dream of hanging from your curtains. She's polite, good with kids. She's got a lot to offer. No dogs for now; other cats in the household would need proper introductions. Daphne needs some time to decompress and settle into the secure life. Word on the street is that she was left behind by her family when they moved. Things got worse because she had a litter of kittens. But then kind hands found her and swept her up. Daphne is too friendly and sweet to be a community cat. Please spread the word for this sweet young girl. Or DM me for an adoption application. Thanks for looking!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Esther is a domestic shorthair that was originally adopted out in 2021 from our facility. Unfortunately due to owner health, poor Esther lost the only home she has ever known. Due to being kept outdoors for some time, she has become a little skittish when it comes to meeting new people. It only takes a couple of minutes for her to warm up to new faces. She loves and appreciates, gentle pets from calm, quiet people. Esther would do best in a low-energy, calm home that is able to give her the time and patience she needs in order to become comfortable. Her adoption fee is donation based aka choose your price! This covers her spay, up-to-date vaccinations, preventatives, FeLV/FIV testing, and microchip! If you are interested in adopting or visiting Esther, please feel free to submit an adoption application at www.valleyanimal.org or walk in on the weekends from 10-4! We are appointment based Wednesday-Friday!

Story
This not-so-little guy was found under a pallet holding disused oil drums. He was bottlefed and grew into a large, long-necked, energectic, and affectionate cat. He likes butt pats and sprinting from one end of the house to the other. It's a bit too packed with animals at my house to hold him and he needs somewhere he can relax and grow.
