Rescued from a high Kill shelterChloe is super friendly likes humans adult and kids! Fully vetted and chipped litter box trained.  Chloe eats both dry & wet food. Very clean and great with the litter box. With so much love to give to his new forever home.  Very easy going and gentle! Little shy at the start until he knows you. In our rescue coming from a High Kill Shelter we don't get a lot information regarding there past. We just learn about them while they are at our shelter. Chloe is waiting for his forever home. If you want adopt Chloe please contact our rescue. 559-412-7226 We currently have in our adoption area at our rescue many cats all running freely in our adoption area waiting for there forever homes. We try to keep up to date our cats currently up for adoption listed. But we S/N weekly and try to add our updates of cats weekly. But there are still many cats we have up for adoption that may not have been listed yet. All our cats up for adoption come from High Kill Shelters that have a very short time at the Kill Shelter prior to being put down. By adopting from our rescue it makes room for us to pull more cats from the High Kill Shelters and keeping them from being put down at the kill shelter. We don't take in any private owned cats. Just shelter cats for there life at the Kill shelter is very short before being put down. Our rescue is a no kill rescue! We work hard to get our cats ready for adoptions. If you would like to meet all our cats up for adoption please contact us 559-412-7226. We are by appointments only! We are a rescue, not a shelter. We do not kill any animals here at our rescue. In fact, we do not advocate the killing of animals and wish all shelters would adopt a 'no kill' policy. Many of the animals that we rescue end up living out their days here, as some are not adoptable, which may be due to their age, medical issues, socialization issues, or inability to handle children or other animals. Some are also pets that have been unwanted by relatives when their owners have passed on. We try to facilitate the adoption of all animals referred to us that we feel would be good companions. Also, we try to help those that are in transition to find foster homes while they are seeking permanent adoption. You should know that we are very selective about which animals we bring into our rescue so that they will adapt well with the ones already residing here. We have wonderful kittens and adult cats ready for adoption. Please contact us to arrange an appointment. We work with many rescue groups in helping the public to understand the meaning of a feral cat and the TNR (trap and release) program. We also offer help to those people who are interested in starting a TNR program in their area. Feral cats don't need to be killed...and I can't express that enough! We do not support any program that kills feral cats. We are backed by the PETA and Alley Cats organization, and we work from donations and volunteer help. The very sad part of being in rescue... is that this is what we see every day walking into the shelter's knowing they will all die in a few days. Its hard to be in rescue and see this every single day over and over... it takes a toll on us all dealing with trying to save a life. Then the question is who do we save and who do we leave behind? Our rescue never leaves family members behind NEVER !!January 6, 2024, 12:07 am

Story
Rescued from a high Kill shelterSophie came to our rescue from a High Kill Shelter she did test positive FIV at the shelter. fiv isn't a death sentence to a cat or a reason to kill a other wise healthy cat. She is beautiful and just beyond loving. She loves to talk to you and just loves to be around humans. Sophie has a lot of love to give to a family.  Sophie very sweet and loving and has been around kids and just loves playing with kids, Very playful and active. Great with the litter box!  Micro-chipped wormed flea treatment shots and have been fixed.  Sophie has to be the most sweetest kitty on this earth. She was a owner surrender to the shelter after years being with this family to now say they are allergic to her. I think personally this has to be a horrible reason to dump a family pet after so many years. Our rescue wants so badly to place her in a forever home. If your interested please contact our rescue. 559-412-7226 Sophie will be lots of love to her new loving family. She is a beauty in person. Story
This gorgeous silver gray guy is awesome Aasha. Who could have left him sad, neglected, and alone out in the country to fend for himself? We will never know, but we do know that he was thankfully brought to our care at The Cat House where he has been living the good life and has received great medical care and abundant affection. This doll is a gentleman through and through, simply the sweetest boy imaginable who adores being petted and loved on and gets along well with lots of other cats. His dense and super soft coat, colored in unique pale pearl gray, is the perfect luxe attire for such a dandy boy. Jewel-like light green eyes, a glistening set of impressive whiskers, and a great smile round out his show-stopping good looks! This velvety treasure is ready and waiting for a loving and protective home of his own, where he is sure to be a cherished joy. Adorable Aasha hopes he’s the perfect boy for you! Marvelous, mellow Moon has a musical meow and a sweet rumbly purr. She was rescued with her kittens (she was a great mom) and is now ready to be pampered and loved. She's quite playful and will enjoy maklng toys out of bottlecaps, Q-Tips and anything she can bat under the fridge. She's a lovable lap cat and seems to get along fine with other cats. She deserves a wonderful home of her own where she can play to her heart's content, enjoy a soft bed, and brighten your life! More information & application [ts=1718780451&src=aap]

Story
Could meow-velous Maximus have a more gorgeous face, with showstopping racing striped cheeks and a classic tabby forehead “M” like a bold russet crown?! His great good looks definitely command attention, but it’s his fun and adventurous personality that keep him hippity hopping through the many lively games and kitten adventures he and his four spirited siblings cook up! As happy as he is, his happiness does not extend to dogs, and he hasn’t met any children. His soft orange coat is dusted with sugary white and is purrfect for the hugs he always hopes will come his way. This most classic of kitties, the famous orange marmalade tabbyman, is a delight from head to toe and sure to be a deeply loved addition in a great forever home. Could happy handsome Maximus be the beloved boy to light up your world? Please note: Maximus needs a home with no dogs.More information & application [ts=1718780454&src=aap]
