Zippy' Story DSH Tabby with gold highlights Current on vaccination and FIV/Felv negative DOB: 8/11/10 Zippy was found all alone under a house. She was only 3 weeks old. She came to he sanctuary and was bottle fed until she was able to eat on her own. When she was older, she began her life with the other cats. She made the adjustment very quickly. Zippy got her name because she did not walk anywhere –just zipped from one place to another. She does not zip quite as much as an adult, but has retained her energetic spirit. Zippy does well with other cats and likes dogs. She is a happy cat and would love to find her forever home.

Story
Magpie’s Story DOB: 4-26-21 Female, current on Vaccines, FIV/Felv negative, spayed Magpie was found as a small kitten in the parking lot of a local Walmart. She was born to one of the many feral cats living in the area. Magpie was small and very frightened. After a few weeks of good food, loving care, and a complete vet exam, her energetic personality began to shine. Magpie loves to play (with toys and other cats) and is very curious about her surroundings. After a proper introduction, she does well with other cats but is intimidated by dogs. After a difficult beginning, Magpie deserves a loving forever home –Maybe it is yours! Contact Swampcat Animal Sanctuary for additional information.

Story
Say hello to Poppy! This well rounded girl is such a charmer and so enjoyable to foster! She maintains a sweet but sassy nature and loves spring toys to swipe across the floor. She really has the best of both worlds, a little bit snuggly and a little bit independent. Don't pass this girl up!Please note due to the nature of her coloplexy surgery to repair her rectal prolapses she cannot have abdominal surgery again without great risk (hopefully she won't ever need another surgery in her life but it's important to know). She is on sensitive tummy crunchies that have benefitted her greatly as she transitioned and healed but now she's been doing great on adult cat crunchies!  February 18, 2024, 3:13 pm

Story
Sushi is a sweet boy. Loves to be held onto. So far he is tolerating the young fosters that love his tail. He has not been introduced to dogs yet, as I have only had him for a couple of days. His nose and claws have some trauma from being trapped. He does not like being kenneled up. Currently he is in my cat room with the other fosters. Update: He is doing pretty good with my one dog. He is aware, but my Gatsby doesn't  chase or pay much attention to Sushi. The boxer puppy is not sure yet, but I think she is waiting to play with him.February 18, 2024, 3:13 pm
