Story
Momma Tortie is actually a grandmother at the young ago of 3. There was a family of cats that were living outside and we took them all so we had a whole family tree :) She is fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. She has a previous eye injury that our vet said is permanent and doesn’t affect her so there is no need to remove. It just makes her special. Momma is a good kitty, she gets along with dogs and other cats, she’s kind of timid, she avoids drama, lol she’ll run away and sit and watch the cats or dogs when they act up-fight, she likes to sleep with blankets on my kitchen chairs, or on my bed. I hv to feed the cats up higher b/c of my dogs, so she might be jumping on kitchen table thinking she’s gonna eat, but she learns easy so she can be redirected She’s probably my easiest, well behaved cat. She likes to climb high, I have space between my kitchen cabinets and ceilings, she likes to get up there and hang out, I tried keeping her down but she likes climbing so I leave her alone.

Story
Dolly was a 3rd cat in our home 2 years ago and she created some behavioral issues with another cat we had for a few years. The other cat stopped using the litter box. We were able to successfully rehome her 2 years ago but a few months ago she was found as a lost cat and we were still on the microchip. Unable to locate the rehomed owner, we decided to give it a try again. 2 years did not change the behavioral issues and the other cat has stopped using the litter box again. She appears to have had stress issues before she came to us because she has licked herself bald in a few spots. The vet said this was not a skin condition, likely stress from being at the shelter when she was a lost pet.

Story
Snow and Frost were caught in mid-November as weaned kittens who were starting to roam with their litter mates. Snow is a tiny but fierce mostly white calico female who is an energetic climber and likes to leap and chase. Frost is a big and boisterous white and brown tabby male, a lover of blankets, and loves to play fetch. Snow and Frost are competitive cuddlers who generally do everything together. They are very intelligent and well-behaved, and get along well with older cats. I would like to have them adopted together if possible.

Story
Shadow is almost 10 years old and he is the sweetest and most snuggly cat ever. I have had him since he was a kitten. He needs a home with an affectionate owner and no other pets. He loves to play and is a great lap cat. He is very territorial with other animals but is great with new people.

Story
LilyBear is a sweetie girl that loves sports. Heaven for her is chasing any kind of ball, but especially a ping pong ball. She was a stray so she needs time to get used to humans but she is already allowing nose taps and paw taps. And she will "high-five" you for a treat! She has been in house all winter and comes across as a very respectful cat when it comes to house living. She loves her sister and will play chase or just cuddle up with her, (See MellowMarsh's entry to see her sister.)

KARENDSH brown tabbySpayed female I don't need all the attention, but some of it would be fine. I've slowly warmed up to the kind people caring for me and have learned to trust. I love toys, springs being my favorite and I will also never say no to a yummy treat. I get along well with other cats and would prefer at least 1 of my kind in my new home.

WILLDSH black/whiteNeutered maleIt's been a long road to trusting humans but food is definitely the way to my heart and I will be flirting in no time with a little coaxing from a churu or a handful of treats. Once you've won me over, I will be all over you asking for more treats and pets and you'll be amazed I was ever even shy! I also have plenty of kitten in me still and love toys-straws or flimsy, long toys in general being my go-to. I do well with other cats, and perhaps a friendly and confident cat friend can help show me how great it is to be loved and spoiled in a home!

Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Autumn was caught in mid-November as a weaned kitten who was starting to roam with her litter mates and learn hunting from her mother. She is a shy but sweet tabby-calico or caliby (tabby in place of black) beauty who likes peeking out at you from behind doors and other obstacles that she feels secure behind, but is very curious and food-motivated. Despite her shyness, she likes to sit or sleep nearby, especially when she can watch the TV, and loves it when you talk to her. She likes to play with strings and feather toys, but tends to get pushed back by her more assertive siblings. She is very intelligent and well-behaved, and gets along well with older cats. Looking for someone who will give her plenty of attention and patience.
