The prescription diet is Royal Canin GI Fiber Response. Bo’s wishlist contains Royan Canin GI Fiber Response, MiraLAX, a cat bed, pine cat litter, bowls for medications and feedings, and a turbo cat scratcher toy. Hello! I’m Bocephus, but you can call me Bo! My favorite things are scratching posts and cat beds. But no cuddles for me. Thanks. If I were a dessert, I would be a mini strawberry tart. My perfect day is running around and climbing as high as I can get. If you like your personal space, we’d be a great team!

Fran is a 4-year-old bob-tail calico. By bob-tail, we mean she does not have anything where a tail should be. Because of that, she is on a prescription diet of Purina EN and sometimes needs medication for her bottom. Fran’s Wishlist consists of Purina EN, a cat bed, pine litter, bowls, a turbo cat starcher, and an assortment of toys. Franziska is four years old. The first thing you will notice about her is her lack of a tail. Franziska’s hidden talent is being the loudest in the room. Volunteers have raved about her ability to control the room. Regarding other pets, she gives roommates a chance if they are low-key and respectful. If Fran were on a dating app, her pickup line would be, “Well, here I am! What are your other two wishes?” We can tell you Fran has shown herself to be top-notch in hunting toys. Give her a stuffed toy, and she will kick it like Chuck Norris.

Olivia is a 10-year-old solid gray cat with a history of urinary crystals. Therefore, she is on Royal Canin SO Calm. Her sisters, Stardust and Sophia, were also in our care, but they have been adopted. Olivia’s Wishlist consists of Royal Canin SO Calm, a cat bed, pine litter, a cat collar, bowls, and a fleece blanket. Today, we interviewed with Miss Olivia. Our director: What’s your favorite season? Olivia: Winter, I love to curl up in a cozy canopy bed. OD: It’s Friday night, what are your plans? Olivia: Getting my nails done using the scratching post. OD: What is your favorite book? Olivia: 50 Shades of Grey. I haven’t read it, but I assume it is about all the different hues in my beautiful fur coat. OD: What do you value most in a friendship? Olivia: Companionship, someone to be there on the couch with me. OD: What is your favorite color? Olivia: Grey, of course. OD: What constitutes a perfect day for you? Olivia: Having breakfast, getting my nails done, laying on as many laps as possible, chasing the ball in my turbo toy, and curling up in my tent.

Miss Buckeye is a 2-year-old solid black cat with chronic snuffles due to a deformity. She is also what volunteers like to call a "perm-a-kitty" because She is fully grown but under 5 pounds. She is on daily medication you sprinkle in her food. Buckeye's Wishlist consists of Iams dry and canned food, fleece blankets, a cat bed, pine litter, and a scratching post with jingly balls. Meet Buckeye. Her favorite thing is any ball or small stuff she can throw. Her perfect day is chasing a ball and climbing a cat tree's top. She needs a daily supplement sprinkled on her food in the mornings. The most important thing to know about Buckeye is she is a chronic sniffler. We'd be a great team if you like playing with a laserpointer.

Figaro is a sweet tuxedo girl who is around two years old. She came from living outside on a farm and tested positive for Lyme disease. Figaro also tested positive for feline leukemia. She was treated for Lyme disease and does not have any more symptoms. Figaro must be an only cat or in a household with other feline leukemia cats. She is such a good girl and loves to sleep under her cat bed instead of inside it. She was spayed before she came to us; we updated her vaccines, started flea prevention, and dewormed her. Figaro is two years old. The first thing you’ll notice about her is her round little face. Her hidden, unique talent is sleeping under her bed. If Figaro were on a dating app, her pick-up line would be: How much does a polar bear weigh? Enough to break the ice! Hi, I’m Figaro. Her perfect day would be settling in with a good book. If you are a couch potato, we’d be a great team.
