Story
Cinder is a big-hearted, 14-pound gentleman with a rugged past and a soft soul. Once a streetwise survivor, this retired alley cat has traded his outdoor adventures for cozy naps, belly rubs, and the gentle life of indoor luxury. With his mellow temperament and affectionate nature, Cinder is the perfect cuddle companion who’s happiest lounging by your side or basking in a sunny window. Despite his tough-guy looks, Cinder is a total sweetheart who adores people, purrs like a motor when he’s happy, and gives slow blinks that melt your heart. He’s got stories to tell and plenty of love left to give — all he needs now is a forever home to call his own. Ready to give this charming retired street cat the soft landing he deserves? Come meet Cinder and fall in love. Cinder is FIV+. Please click the link to find out more about FIV. We will be happy to answer any questions during the application process. https://www.alleycat.org/resources/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv/ Neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, given dewormer and kept on flea preventative. Story
Billie the Kid is a handsome short haired tuxedo. He does not like to be picked up or held but after 5 months in his foster home, he comes to them for attention now. He’s really enjoying being patted & often sleeps next to them at night.  Jesse James is a gorgeous medium-haired white & gray. Like Billie, Jesse does not like to be picked up or held. He does enjoying getting some love now, but typically stays arms reach away. Billie was rescued along with several siblings. He and his brother Jesse were very feral at first. It took them several weeks at their 1st foster home to begin trusting humans and learning the love they can give. Billie & Jesse have been in their 2nd foster home for 5 months learning from the older kitties in the home. They have had no problems living with the older kitties & often follow them around, nap & play together. Their foster home now has 3 month old kittens and Jesse has been caught grooming them and both boys play with them.  Jesse is still very skittish when people are walking around, but Billie has adjusted quite well.  They often hide when new people come into the house. The best time to pat them is during & after meals. That’s the best time to play with them as well. They love laser pointers, yarn rope toys, toy mice and the turbo scratcher. Jesse still spends a lot of the day hiding under beds & chairs but is slowly making progress. They also love cat treats! Billie & Jesse need a very special adopter that will give them plenty of time to adjust. They have not been around dogs in foster homes, but may get along well with a very chill kitty-friendly doggie, if introduced properly.  Both boys are neutered, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, fiv/felv tested negative, and received their age-appropriate vaccines. We want Jesse and Billie to be adopted together as they are very much bonded, always spending time together. Plus we believe since they will take an adjustment period to get used to a new environment they would do better together rather then being separated. Story
Rosemary is cuddly but shy. She takes a little bit longer to warm up, but she enjoys being snuggled once she feels comfortable! She prefers to lounge around in cat trees, look out the window to watch the birds and squirrels, or curl up next to you. She’s a calm kitten! She doesn’t mind dogs as long as she’s introduced at her own pace and the dog’s can be respectful of her space. High energy dogs make her nervous but lower energy dogs are more comfortable for her! Rosemary is spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, given dewormer and kept on flea preventative. Story
Captain is a very affectionate cat, sometimes he can be a little pushy to get his attention. He just wants all the love. He was once an outside tom cat, so he looks a little rough around tbe edges. He has some healing areas to his ears from fights with other cats but over time they should clear up. He already is looking much better then he did when we first took him into our rescue. Captain is FIV positive, this is only contagious to other cats through deep bite wounds. Captain does get along with other cats after a proper introduction. Captain is a polydactyl kitty, which means he has extra toes on his feet, making him have some pretty big paws. Captain is neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, FeLV negative, given dewormer and kept on flea preventative. Story
Blueberry is the sweetest little lap kitty you will meet! Blueberry doesn’t shy away from people and will love you from the moment he meets you. He has a thing for staring into people’s eyes! His short black and tan fur is sometimes striped, spotted, or mixed into a beautiful sandy color, depending on which part of his fur you’re looking at! Blueberry loves to play with his siblings and often cries from another room in order to lure them in to ambush them! He also likes to fake cry when his sister, Kiwi, pounces on him and pins him down. He carries his toys around and loves his plush little mouse the best. As hard as he plays, he loves harder! He will pass out beside you or in your lap when he’s done playing, rolling over for belly pets. His eyes roll back in his head when he is really enjoying the attention. Sometimes Blueberry will give a little nibble on your fingers or toes to show you how much he loves you! Blueberry tries to be a responsible boy by “covering” his food, so he will need someone who is patient when he flips his food and water bowls. He is curious about older cats and gets along with other kitties. His foster did not have dogs, so it is unknown if he gets along with them. He enjoys older children and younger children who do not chase him or play rough. Apply to adopt here https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/PAE/Cat July 9, 2025, 4:07 pm

Story
At just 3 months old, Sir Pounce is already living up to his royal name — and no shoelace, feather toy, or unsuspecting toe is safe in his kingdom! ? This bouncy little ball of fluff is full of energy, curiosity, and kitten shenanigans. Whether he’s leaping off the couch in dramatic fashion or zooming across the room like he’s late for a very important cat meeting, Sir Pounce will keep you endlessly entertained. He’s not just a wild child, though — once playtime is over, he’s a total snugglebug. He loves a cozy nap spot and some gentle head scratches to recharge for his next round of antics. Sir Pounce would do best with slow introductions to any resident feline royalty, as he’s still learning his social skills. With a bit of patience and love, he’ll be ruling the roost (and your heart) in no time! ? Fully vetted and ready to find his forever castle — could it be yours? ??
