Story
Autumn - Female Spayed DOB 8/26/2022 Domestic Short Hair Black & White Tuxedo - Autumn is a spunky little girl who knows what she wants!  This feisty girl did not have an easy start in life, she was found as an orphan with her chin "degloved", basically all the fur and flesh had been pulled back from her mouth to her neck.  Luckily she was rescued by a wonderful rescue partner and you would have no idea it ever happened by looking at her now.  No one knows what happened to Autumn to cause the severe injury but everyone knows she is a little survivor!  Autumn has a heart murmur, she has been checked by a cardiologist  She is on twice daily atenolol.  Autumn currently exhibits no symptoms or issues and her medication is working to support her heart as needed.  Autumn would like to find her new home.  She has done well with  other kitties, but definitely prefers males to females.  Autumn does do ok with a cat friendly dog!  Respectful children would be ok as well.  Any approved adopter would be required to have a good relationship with their vet. Please apply at www.furrr.orgAll kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian.  Our application is available to be completed online at  https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/  Applying DOES NOT guarantee approval.  We hold meet and greets with approved applications only.  (Kittens are available for adoption in pairs only unless they are going home to another kitten or young cat under 3) Our policy is strictly NO DECLAWING and INDOOR ONLY. Story
Peter - Male DOB 3/12/2023 Domestic Short Hair Black/Tan & White Tabby - Meet Jan and Peter!  This adorable pair of siblings came to us from the streets of Baltimore.  They have spent many months in foster care being socialized and would really like to find their new home together.  Jan is the more outgoing of the pair and is more confident.  Peter has come such a long way, he is still finding his confidence around strangers but he loves his foster family.  Peter loves to play fetch, he will bring you things to throw. He is very active all day, likes to chase bugs and look out the window. Jan is more laid-back. She likes to go upstairs and sleep under the bed most of the afternoon and then come down for an early supper but she likes to play with toys as well. They mostly like little furry mice toys that they can carry in their mouth.  These sweet siblings will need a quiet home and patient person to allow them to settle in but once they trust you, Jan will come lay with you for snuggles and pets, Peter will as well but waits for his sister to show him that it's ok.  If you want to win them over quicker, break out the Churu treats, they can't get enough of those! Jan and Peter love watching the birds and critters outside, a nice sunny windowsill or cat tower and they will be in heaven.  Don't pass up the shy kitties, they can be some of the most amazing and loyal kitties once they trust you.  No dogs or children would be best.  Please apply via our easy online application at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian. Jalapeno - Female DOB 3/22/2023 Domestic Short Hair White -   Meet momma Bell and one of her "Hot Chili Pepper" litter Jalapeño (nicknamed "Jale" by foster mon)! Absolutely beautiful all white sweet little ladies! “Jale” is a very friendly and curious little lady who loves to sit right with you, and she is a big snuggler and will sleep with you all night. She’s confident and loves to play with her fishing toy and explore anything and everything. Her momma Bell has made big strides. A bit reserved and shy, but Bell now runs to see you when you get home and lays down for belly rubs after breakfast and dinner. Bell will take a little time to learn to trust her new family and settle in, and they will do better in a home that is quiet. The best home for these affectionate and super friendly girls would be with someone who is home a lot and can spend lots of time cuddling with them.   The girls would do best as your only pets and no children. Please apply for the all white beautiful mom and daughter duo at www.furrr.org All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian. Eloise - Female DOB 4/11/2023 Domestic Short Hair Dilute Tortoiseshell - Meet Eloise! Eloise is a beautiful little tortie girl that knows what she likes and what she doesn't like.  After being found as a tiny kitten in South Carolina, under someone's care and neighborhood dogs barking at her...she doesn't like dogs, at all.  Eloise is looking for a quiet home and a sweet human that will be patient and let her have time to settle into her new home.  It took her a bit to settle into the rescue and one thing that really helped was having other sweet kitties there to make her feel safe. If you have a sweet kitty that is looking for a friend, Eloise might be a match.  We would love to set up a meet and greet for you in our quiet room with Eloise. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
*Are you looking for an Indoor/Outdoor or friendly working cat? Olivia is your girl!!!* Introducing Olivia, a delightful and seasoned feline with a heart full of love and stories to share. At around 10 years young, Olivia's journey began in 2014 when she found her first loving home through our adoption program. Despite nearly a decade of cherished companionship, circumstances beyond her control led her back into our care. But Olivia's spirit remains resilient, her charm undiminished. With her endearing personality, Olivia effortlessly captivates those around her. She possesses an irresistible sweetness and charm that draws people to her side. Ever the socialite, Olivia eagerly seeks affection and companionship, readily approaching anyone willing to offer a gentle hand and warm embrace. While Olivia is known for her amiable nature, she also carries a touch of senior-sass. So we recommend a home with children aged 14 and up. Olivia has shown herself to be a confident top-cat, and it would be best if she was the only cat in the home. Though her history with dogs remains a mystery, Olivia's confidence suggests she may thrive in a home with a dog who ignores cats, or a dog-free home.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Though her resting face often says otherwise, Maddie is one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet! This 14-1/2 year old girl with special needs is on the lookout for a peaceful retirement home where she can show you that age means nothing when it comes to giving love! Despite being diabetic, Maddie lives life to the fullest, seeking a home where she can thrive with the right care. Miss Maddie is a delightful blend of spunk, affection and curiosity. She loves sitting by the windows chirping at the birds, playing with her stuffed mouse and receiving gentle pets from us humans! Consider opening your heart to Maddie. Children 12 & up would be best. Maddie needs a dog-free home and her history with other cats is unknown. Because Maddie is diabetic, she has special dietary and medical needs. Our staff is happy to talk with you about any concerns you may have.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Daphne, the delightful calico queen, is a senior feline with a spirit as vibrant as her coat. Her story is one of resilience, love, and the unwavering strength that comes with age. This charming girl found herself in a challenging situation when diabetes knocked on her door, but she faced it with courage and a purr-fect attitude. Daphne spent some time in a caring foster home where dedicated humans showered her with love and attention. They worked tirelessly to manage her diabetes, ensuring she received the daily insulin shots and the specialized diet needed for her well-being. Under their care, Daphne blossomed into the sweet and affectionate soul she is today. Daphne has found herself back at our facility. The change in environment has left her feeling nervous and a bit out of sorts. This lovely senior cat is searching for a forever home where she can rediscover the warmth of a loving family. Daphne is a sweetheart with a gentle demeanor. While she may be initially shy, once she warms up to you, she'll steal your heart with her purrs and gentle nudges. She appreciates the quiet moments and would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can build trust at her own pace. Managing diabetes is a part of Daphne's daily routine. She requires a committed guardian who can provide her with the necessary insulin shots and a carefully curated diet. With the right care, Daphne can continue to lead a happy and healthy life, bringing joy to her new family. Daphne is seeking a loving and understanding home where she can feel secure. A quiet environment with a patient adopter who can provide the attention and care she deserves would be a dream come true for this beautiful calico. Could you be the one to give Daphne the forever home she longs for? If you are ready to open your heart and home to a sweet senior cat who is eager to share her love, consider welcoming Daphne into your life.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
'Lawrence' is a tender hearted tabby who found his way to us as a stray. He's a quiet guy who yearns to be a cherished buddy and will make the most wonderful snuggle companion. The shelter environment is a bit overwhelming for Lawrence, making him appear frightened and timid. We have discovered with a patient, gentle approach, he readily unveils his true personality. An absolute sweetheart, Lawrence has the softest purr, enjoys gentle pets and chin rubs and shows his contentment with silly rolls and twists! Lawrence is approximately 5 years old and will be happiest in a calm, understanding home. Children ages 16 and up, who appreciate his quiet nature and give him the space to confidently blossom would be best. While his history with dogs remains unknown, he may potentially find companionship with a quiet, friendly pup who respects his boundaries. Lawrence is FIV+, requiring him to be the only feline in the household unless other resident cats are also FIV+.
