Story
Autumn - Female Spayed DOB 8/26/2022 Domestic Short Hair Black & White Tuxedo - Autumn is a spunky little girl who knows what she wants!  This feisty girl did not have an easy start in life, she was found as an orphan with her chin "degloved", basically all the fur and flesh had been pulled back from her mouth to her neck.  Luckily she was rescued by a wonderful rescue partner and you would have no idea it ever happened by looking at her now.  No one knows what happened to Autumn to cause the severe injury but everyone knows she is a little survivor!  Autumn has been with us for several months and is looking for her forever home. She has a heart murmur, and has been checked by a cardiologist  She is on twice daily atenolol.  Autumn currently exhibits no symptoms or issues and her medication is working to support her heart as needed.  Autumn would like to find her new home.  She has done well with  other kitties, but definitely prefers males to females.  Autumn does do ok with a cat friendly dog!  Respectful children would be ok as well.  Any approved adopter would be required to have a good relationship with their vet and commit to a yearly echo for her. Please apply at www.furrr.orgAll kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian.  Our application is available to be completed online at  https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/  Applying DOES NOT guarantee approval.  We hold meet and greets with approved applications only.  (Kittens are available for adoption in pairs only unless they are going home to another kitten or young cat under 3) Our policy is strictly NO DECLAWING and INDOOR ONLY. Adoption fees: Kitten to 1 yr - $300  Kitten pairs $550 Adult cat 1+ yr to 8 yr - $200 Adult pairs $350 Cat 8+ - $75 July 19, 2024, 7:26 pm

Peter - Male DOB 3/12/2023 Domestic Short Hair Black/Tan & White Tabby - Meet Jan and Peter!  This adorable pair of siblings came to us from the streets of Baltimore.  They have spent many months in foster care being socialized and would really like to find their new home together.  Jan is the more outgoing of the pair and is more confident.  Peter has come such a long way, he is still finding his confidence around strangers but he loves his foster family.  Peter loves to play fetch, he will bring you things to throw. He is very active all day, likes to chase bugs and look out the window. Jan is more laid-back. She likes to go upstairs and sleep under the bed most of the afternoon and then come down for an early supper but she likes to play with toys as well. They mostly like little furry mice toys that they can carry in their mouth.  These sweet siblings will need a quiet home and patient person to allow them to settle in but once they trust you, Jan will come lay with you for snuggles and pets, Peter will as well but waits for his sister to show him that it's ok.  If you want to win them over quicker, break out the Churu treats, they can't get enough of those! Jan and Peter love watching the birds and critters outside, a nice sunny windowsill or cat tower and they will be in heaven.  Don't pass up the shy kitties, they can be some of the most amazing and loyal kitties once they trust you.  No dogs or children would be best.  Please apply via our easy online application at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian. Story
Juni - Female DOB 10/31/2022 Domestic Short Hair Tortoiseshell - Meet Juni!  Can you say Tortitude?  Well, Juni has a bit of that, in the fact that she doesn't like other cats.  But, this gorgeous girl, with her beautiful torti markings and soft green eyes, she is a love.  Juni starts off a bit timid, her North Carolina foster mom says that she has a fragile side.  We have no idea what her life was like before landing in a southern shelter, but we know it wasn't good.  Juni takes a little time to warm up to humans and feel safe, but once she trusts you, she loves to be held and stroked.  Juni will do very well with a single person or couple that either work from home or are retired, with lots of love to give.  She is a loving kitty with the sweetest demeanor and would love to have a human that will shower her with attention.  Juni will do best as your only pet, and without children in the home. If you have a quiet home and would love a sweet girl with just a bit of Tortitude, Juni may be a match for you.  Please contact us via our easy online application at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian. Story
Sammy - Male DOB 5/22/2023 Domestic Short Hair Black -  Meet Sammy and Roxie! This inseparable duo may not be biological siblings, but their bond has been undeniable since the moment they met in foster care in North Carolina. They journeyed together to New England, with Sammy providing constant reassurance to Roxie along the way. Sammy, the charmer, dictates his affectionate terms until he gets to know you better. Approach him slowly to earn his adoration; rush it, and he'll vanish in a flash! According to their foster mom, Sammy loves nothing more than starting his day by lounging in bed and receiving all the rubs. Roxie, though initially shy, also enjoys being petted. Together, they love exploring the house and chasing after their toys. With a little patience, you'll be rewarded with enduring love and endless entertainment from this delightful duo. Story
Meet Edison, a charming 15-year-old yellow and white tabby with a heart of gold. Edison is looking for a new forever home due to his diabetes, which requires a caring owner who can provide him with daily medication and a special diet. Despite his medical condition, Edison is incredibly sweet-natured and loves nothing more than cuddling up in your lap for hours on end. Though I wouldn't recommend a household with other pets or multiple kids, Edison does have a gentle demeanor and has been a real trooper transitioning from being the "only child" to being in a household with a new baby who grew into a now very hands on toddler. Edison is currently in overall good health with regular vet check-ups. His diabetes is a new diagnosis that we are learning to manage but will not be able to sustain long term. He is litter box trained. If you have room in your heart and home for Edison, please consider giving this lovable cat the second chance he deserves.
