Before we meet, let's get a few things straight. I am not perfect, but really, who is? I can go from sweet to spicy in under 10 seconds. One second I'll be rubbing on your legs because you're my favorite person ever, and then the next second I will try to bite your leg or swat your hand because I got too excited about your existence. What can I say? I didn't pay much attention in cat etiquette school... I've done a lot of thinking about what I'd like in my new home, and I think these are the things that will help me be the most successful: 1. Only pet. I have tormented a dog and would do so again. 2. Adults only. My inappropriate forms of affection are not a great combination with kids. 3. A house. My loud, beautiful voice will not be appreciated by apartment neighbors. 4. Opportunity to be an indoor/outdoor cat. I pull out my hair when I'm bored and being allowed outside may offer additional enrichment to keep me happy. The other thing you should know about me is that I have a huge appreciation for food! Eating food from bowls is just too boring - I enjoy lick mats, food puzzles, chasing after the pieces of kibble as you throw them, and having it scattered across the floor. Intensely pretty. That's our Pippa! She's also intensely opinionated: very sweet when she feels comfortable, spicy other times when things aren't exactly to her liking! She has pink decor (blankets, toys, etc.) in her room at the shelter because she is the queen! Pippa came to the shelter due to housing restrictions. Her former owner had her since she was 8 weeks old, so it was a difficult decision for them, but they didn't have any other options to explore. Pippa likes attention and she will seek it out, but she has a lot of feelings about things she doesn't enjoy so she needs someone who is comfortable with high arousal cats like Pippa who're easily excited. She's very affectionate. And she's also talkative and will announce her opinions to her people! Pippa is looking for a calm or "quiet adult-only home. She has never lived with other animals before, and she would prefer to be an only pet.
