Story
Kiki is a very unique cat. She is basically the definition of tortitude if you were to be able to look that up in the Dictionary. It would probably even have a picture of her sweet (false) smiling face! She is the boss, does not like other cats, but may do okay with calmer dogs?We affectionately call her a turd, craphead, brat (amongst other things), but we do love her.She is quirky, has an attitude, has been here a very long time and deserves a chance to have her very own loving people that she can boss around. She is also a beautiful cat and is a love, when she wants to be and loves sitting in laps.

Story
Smudge is a petite, scruffy grey cat, a precious soul who has faced abandonment but is now on a journey of rediscovering trust in humans. This little squirt will roll around and show you her little belly, but beware the floofy belly trap! Smudge loves attention, a lot, and will give you gently love nips with her teeth if she decides you aren`t giving her enough attention. Like any cat, she puts on a good front, but underneath that happy go lucky exterior is a shy little girl looking for companionship and a safe home.

Story
Dema is a feisty ol` girl, with lots of spunk and sass. I guess you could call her `spicy` as a more accurate description. She likes to swat her person into submission (no claws out) if she decides you may be petting her incorrectly, or it could be just for the heck of it, who knows! She is a beautiful cat that will make some lucky person a great companion. A lot of times we don`t get to see their whole personality due to a certain level of stress present at all times in a shelter setting. No matter what we do to make them as comfortable as possible, they can still be a bit `reserved`. We think Dema has the potential to make someone very happy with her spicy self, once she gets into a proper home!

Story
Tick is a very scared little girl. She is way out of her comfort zone here and is having a hard time with all the daily commotion that goes on in the shelter. She is a very petite cat and in a peaceful, quiet home, will eventually relax enough to show her sweet nature. She could be described as a tiny little fairy, with fairy dust coat and a very dainty demeanor. Tick needs a special person to give her the chance to let her personality shine.

Story
Barn Cat ProgramWorking cats, such as barn cats, are not typically suited to being indoor pets. These independent felines prefer to roam and hunt in outdoor environments working for you, hunting mice and other pests. To be eligible to adopt a working cat you must be able to provide a period of confinement for at least two weeks, and potentially longer, to help them acclimate to their new surroundings. During this time, they can adjust to the idea that your property is their new home base where they can work to keep pests at bay. You must provide them with safe shelter that protects them from harsh weather conditions and potential predators. They should be fed once daily and have constant access to fresh water to keep them healthy and happy. These diligent workers will earn their keep by naturally controlling pests on your property, making them valuable allies in maintaining a pest-free environment.
