Story
My friend actually found Cheeto on the streets and he kept coming to her house to be fed. They took him in for awhile but had to rehome him because their baby was about to be born. I decided to take him in. He’s so sweet and loves his food. He’s gets along with his buddy Pepperjack. Who is a male all black cat. I would love them to be together if possible. I found out I have a severe allergy to them unfortunately.

Story
Meet Lucy! This adorable young cat was found as a stray in 2018. We can't believe she has been waiting all these years for a forever home. Black cats are often overlooked. Lucy is petite with big, beautiful yellow eyes. She is a rough houser when it comes to play style, so she would be best in a home with older children. Fostered near Mansfield with other cats without issue. Adoption fee is $50. Lucy is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, & Leuk/FIV negative. Adoption application and home visit required.

Story
Peno is a great cat who loves to cuddle and lay around. He is on the bigger side, but still likes to play. If you allow it he will stay on your lap for hours and purr away. He is 6 years old. The only thing "wrong" with Peno is he does not like dogs. He will intentionally chase, scratch, and harass our two dogs. For context they are both lab mixes, so not exactly little guys, but they know Peno is the boss around here. With other cats he gets along with them fine, but when he wants to play he can become rough. This is why I would be more at peace if he were a single cat. He is a perfect companion, and is loyal to his people. Due to his temper towards the dogs, and plans to move cross country I feel it best to give him up to a good home. Please note that if you are considering Peno to be your new best friend I will want to meet, and have a formal interview as I do care about him a great deal. Lastly, he must remain an indoor cat. He has never been outside.

Story
Fannie is a Short Hair & Silver Mix, Adult, Female with Gray / Blue / Silver coloring. Fannie would prefer a home without other cats, dogs, or children. Fannie and her family were surrendered to us in the Spring of 2018. Their owner became extremely ill and could not care for them any longer. Fannie is estimated to have been born March 2012, and is a very gorgeous grey/blue soft tiger stripe female with short hair. Fannie takes her time to trust you. She would not be good in a home with other pets, or small children. If a low key cat is already in the home, she may be ok. She absolutely loves her treats! Fannie is house-trained and has been tested for FeLV/FIV, spayed, fully vaccinated, and receives flea prevention monthly.

Story
Tabby - Adult - Female - Medium - Tabby (Orange / Red) Petal is house-trained. Petal's Health: her vaccinations are up to date and she is spayed. She would prefer a home without dogs or children. Petal, and her siblings (Flower, Pepper, Spicer, Poppy) and their mother Blossom were living behind a storage shed at a local downtown business. This was not a safe place for all these little ones to be running around. So we got the call and went and collected all but Flower and momma. They came the next day in a live trap. Petal is a gorgeous orange tabby. She has deep classic wide stripes and soft fur. Petal has been with us for a few years now and she is quite shy. She will come up to investigate you but is easily startled so a patient adopter is needed. She is a very pretty girl who we think will eventually come around and be a loving girl with some time and a home of her own. She gets along quite well with most of the other kitties in the building so we think she would be fine with another cat. She has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV but would need to be updated on vaccines at her adoption. Please contact the Cat House Feline Sanctuary at 419-289-3658.
