Miss Penny was found in a neighbor's garden. She was starving and not in good shape. We took her to the vet, and they estimated she was a little over a year old. She weighed a little over 4 lbs. They said that the poor girl had been fighting for her life. She has scars from having to fight with other cats, especially male cats. She was so very sweet, and we have kept her and have her healthy again. Now she weighs almost 11 lbs., and her feisty little personality is coming out more. She may have something going on with her teeth, we have had them checked and nothing was found be she has to have soft food. We have 3 male cats, and she goes into fight mode when she gets anywhere near them, so we have had to confine her to one of our bedrooms. We feel that due to her rough start in life, she probably needs to be an only pet. We just want her to have a loving home where she will be able to see that she is safe.
