I got Josie as an 8-week-old kitten along with her littermate, Isabelle. They will be 10 years old in August. She is spayed and microchipped. She is not declawed, but has never attempted to scratch any furniture. She has always lived inside and had routine vet check-ups. Other than being overweight, she is very healthy. Josie loves to cuddle and comes to jump in my lap as soon as I sit down. She is a little shy around strangers, but it doesn't take her long to come investigate. She's a very sweet cat, but life has just gotten too busy to give her the attention she and her sister deserve. I now have a toddler and we travel often. She is very tolerant of my 2-year-old and allows him to pet and hug her. I would prefer for Josie to be adopted with her sister, Isabelle, since they've always been together, but I think she would do ok on her own as well.
