Story
This is Prince Noir, we just call him Prince. He and his sister, TicTac, both took quite a while to come around and allow us to pet them. Neither of them likes to be held, although they will curl up next to me, on occasion, to get pet and take a nap. Now, they both still have their moments of running off, but they are both much more comfortable with us now. They are both sweet, soft, and silky kittens that do enjoy receiving, as well as giving love. I call him my bathroom buddy because, pretty much every time you go to the bathroom, he comes in to get and give affection. He will put his paws up on my lap or stretch up the wall next to you to be pet. Tic Tac does the stretching up the wall to get pet, too. He will lay by/on your feet so you will pet him and give him belly rubs. He purrs a lot then. Otherwise, he is pretty quiet. They both love snuggling, bathing, and playing with their other siblings as well.Prince Noir and Tic Tac need to be adopted together. :)

Story
History: Rube was brought in as a stray on 6/13/24 after her finders found her outside their house in poor condition. She was underweight, covered in lice, and abnormally quiet. She perked up here quickly and all bloodwork shows she is a healthy senior. We believe she was most likely somebody`s indoor cat that found her way outside either by choice or abandonment and had no way to take care of herself. Personality: Rube is our `sassy ginger` here and has everyone both in love with her and with full respect of her boundaries. She has struggled mentally being in the shelter setting and often just sleeps her days away, hoping for a life outside of a kennel again. She seems to prefer quiet, patient personalities; as loud, quick movements and noises upset her. We would love to see how much more she will open up once back with a family that understands and appreciates her for being her. Medical Care: Other than needing help being groomed along her back, she has no medical concerns at this time.
