My foster also tells me that I am a cuddly character who loves to explore and play with anything round or sparkly. That includes inside the dishwasher and if my foster hadn't caught me I would have launched myself into the dryer. Oh MY!!!!! I love to explore and I will keep you on your toes and you just have to laugh at all of my antics. My fosters and my human friends could write a children's book about me and my adventures. At night I'll cuddle up beside you at first and then often ending above your head on your pillow. I'm a kitten who loves to purr nonstop. Yes, a purr machine. I am an active boy who loves cats, dogs, and kids. Seems like I will do best in an active kid-filled house or a home with other cats and with someone who is retired or works from home. What I really need is a house with cats and people around to help me release my kitten energy. Need a sweet snuggler when you are sleeping???? My new name is Rusty. I lived in a nice house at one time with my black and white tuxedo kitty friend. One day our family left the house and did not take us with them. The people next door to our house gave us food and water and we were so happy that they did. My black and white tuxedo friend left one day and didn't come back. I was very sad. One day a nice lady came to the house and talked so sweetly to me. She talked to the people next door. I guess they told her about me being alone for a long time. She picked me up and brought me to another house with a very kind and loving person who cleaned me up, gave me good food and let me lay and sleep on her bed. She is called my foster mom. I wasn't sad anymore or lonely and now I feel peaceful and secure. Both of these ladies tell me that I am a handsome orange tabby boy. They took me to another lady, called a veterinarian, who gave me all the shots that I need and tested me for FIV and Leukemia. Those tests were negative. The vet told the other 2 ladies that I am very healthy. They all say that I am a confident and loving cat with a strong facial features and beautiful affectionate eyes. I now live with my foster mom. I need to find a new home without another cat because I want all the attention from my foster and my future mom or dad. I loves to cat nap in a cozy secluded place during the day and play or sleep with my nice lady at night. I prefers to sleep near her head but will sleep at the foot of the bed. I like to walk around her house with her.... she says I am loyal. And that I seem delighted to be an indoor cat and that I make her home warmer and happier. And now I sleep on her head at night. She is practicing with me to learn to like being picked up. Been so long since I trusted a person but I am getting more and more trusting every day. OH.... I have a few tricks that I brought to my foster mom's house. My foster mom placed me into a soft sided carrier for my vet visit and I showed her how I can unzip it quite easily. Well, my foster mom bought me a hard sided one for our next visit. She tricked me back. She is smarter than me..... My foster mom plays a game with mice under the door. She tries to get the mice under the door and past me. I win half the time.
